We stayed at the Hyatt Place Dubai Jumeirah from 05.01.2025 to 13.01.2025. The hotel is modern, clean, and the staff is very attentive and helpful. It was the child's birthday and when we checked in, we had fruits in our room, and on the birthday itself they brought a small cake, it was very pleasant. We took accommodation with breakfast. The breakfasts are not bad, there is a large selection of delicious fruits, porridges, sausages, sausages, cheeses, eggs of all kinds (even poached). There is a shuttle service to La Mer beach, at 10:30 to the beach and at 16:00 back. We drove, it's very convenient, it takes about an hour to walk in one direction. Despite the fact that it was off-season, there were a lot of people on the beach. The water in the sea was about 22 degrees and we even swam, it's just a pity that the hotel does not provide beach towels. There is also a shuttle service from the hotel to Dubai Mall at 9:15. There is a large supermarket next to the hotel, where ready-made food is sold.
We liked the hotel for its location and comfort, as the main purpose was to see the sights and go on excursions.

We had a vacation in February 2025.
We liked everything.

The rooms are very nice, clean, spacious, and cozy.

We had breakfast included (there was enough food, the cooking was delicious, the coffee was great).
There is a hypermarket next to the hotel, where you can buy anything you want.

The hotel has an excellent buffet breakfast, the reception is good, we turned off the air conditioning in the room, because it's normal (about 26 degrees). There is a great huge supermarket like our crossroads in the hotel building. The hotel has a restaurant. So far, everything is normal on the first day. Well, to get to it on foot is such a thing, you need to take a taxi or bus. The room has a refrigerator, iron, TV, large bed. It's all clear. It would not hurt to wash the windows, except that.

We arrived with our little daughter, we were tired on the road, and then there was the super service, but for an extra charge we promised a quick check-in after 10 and the reservation was found. Breakfast is not included, 30 dirhams per person. Despite the fact that all inclusive is paid for! Food after 14-00, as well as check-in (( The reception is extremely un-client-oriented managers.
A new interchange is being built behind the hotel, there's dust everywhere and nowhere to go.
It's a long way to the metro, about 3 km, by taxi about 18 dirhams, on foot about an hour
There is ONE bus to the sea once a day at 10 -30 a.m. and that's it, then walk or taxi. If you have taken everything inclusive, return to the hotel for lunch 3 km away or 40 minutes on foot or by taxi.
It's not much fun to go back and forth.
The food is monotonous, the child ate cucumbers, rice and carrots all the rest. The last few days, nothing has been coming up.
The worst thing about eviction! At exactly 12 o'clock, they knocked on our door and almost put us at the reception with a small child, you have not been paid after 12.
That's how we waited for the bus on the sofas at the reception.
Our vacation was excellent, due to the good weather and our daily program away from this hotel.
I will not advise anyone, we are completely disappointed.
The only advantage is the rooms, but you're hardly in it.

The hotel is good. Maintenance, service, cleanliness, pool on a stylobate—👍🏻. The food is a buffet, small, but there are dishes for every taste /cuisine, everything is very tasty.
The only disadvantage is the distance to the beach. It is a 30—minute walk to LaMer beach (there is no cafe, no sun beds, it will be closed soon, because it was bought and will be reconstructed). The transfer from the hotel is not convenient (there at 10, back at 16). They asked the reception staff to call a taxi ~ 15 dirh in one direction.

I stayed at this hotel from 03/11/25 to 03/21/25. We lived there for more than a month in apartments. The hotel is a solid 4 stars. Cleaned daily. There is a kitchen. There is a smell of tobacco inside, although we lived in a non-smoking room. The district is about nothing. The only plus is La mer beach is close. The staff is polite, but not always competent. There are guys at the reception who quickly solve issues. There are those who, slowly and ask others again. In general, a good hotel for a budget holiday.
