Almost nothing has changed since the Soviet Union. In the 2nd building, the plumbing in the rooms is rusty. Technicians wash the case once a week. And in the rooms, the toilet is not washed at all. Upon check-in, I washed the mirror, toilet and floor myself. The refrigerator was black with dirt. After the visitors change the bed and that's it. Terrible service. The food in the dining room is fine, although once they gave us sausages with a side dish, which is not possible to eat. The sausage didn't even smell of meat. One dough in the color of sausages.
