Today I visited your clinic with two small children. Unfortunately, the quality of service and conditions inside turned out to be extremely unsatisfactory. First of all, we were informed at the entrance that we needed to take off our shoes. At the same time, no disposable shoe covers or other hygiene conditions were provided. Secondly, there was a man at the reception who introduced himself as a doctor, but it is not clear who he really is. There were various jars of medicines on the table nearby, many of them were open, which completely violates sanitary standards. When we asked questions, the employee did not even look in our direction, answered rudely and said that "there is no time and there is no place." There was unsanitary conditions everywhere, and an unpleasant smell was felt, which is absolutely unacceptable for a medical institution. It was unpleasant and even disgusting for me to be in such conditions. I believe that the clinic urgently needs to pay attention to hygiene, staff organization, and basic respect for visitors.
