Great service, awesome swimming pool and sauna. They also have a great view from the lounge on floor 97. Loved it overall.

I've been living here for 10 days, rented three more nights, lived on different floors. At first I really liked it, but then I felt the pitfalls.
- They don't turn off the air conditioners here at all, which is in my apartment, which is on the 97th floor in the lounge, they just turn it on to the maximum and you sit as if in a freezer, you get sick easily. When I asked to turn off the air conditioner or raise the temperature to at least 25, that at the reception that in the apartment, people said that it was better not to do this, otherwise everyone would get hot. This is in early April, when it's 20 degrees outside at night. And they put the air conditioner even lower.
- The sauna is located in the toilet and to reach it, you have to walk through a smelly toilet.
- It stuffs your ears when you ride in the elevator to a high floor.
- The rent here is very expensive
+Beautiful view from the balcony or from the 97th floor.
+The building itself looks presentable.
+/-The pools are not bad, but the sun does not fall much at certain hours, because other buildings block the sky.
+The pool staff is friendly.
Results: it is interesting to stay here for 2-3 days, but it is categorically impossible to live for a long time...

We rented apartments on the 16th floor. Very comfortable. In the tower on the 5th floor there is a medium-sized cold water pool and a heated small one with a Jacuzzi. At the top is a floor with an observation deck. This is a glazed hall with armchairs, tables and a coffee machine. Wonderful view of the marina and the island of Palma. Coffee costs 5 dihrams (approx. 100r.) and is quite delicious. Entrance to the observation deck and to the pool according to the guest's card.
Convenient location. There is a tram nearby (it has nothing in common with our trams, it is high-tech, similar to the subway). Walking promenades, cafes, convenience stores with groceries are within walking distance. It's a long walk to the public beach of Dubai Marina, about 30 minutes. There is almost always a taxi near the tower. To the beach 5 minutes, about 250 rubles. Pay by the meter in dihrams. Do not agree on the price in advance. Sit down, say that you are a tourist and where to go and look at the counter screen.
