I bought a mouse. Dragon, died after 3 months. Money? I chose another mouse, more expensive, A4tech. They brought it, everything is for sure. They accept it under warranty, everything is clear. 10 days (service center). Call: money or the same mouse? Mouse. On the trail. The same mouse is new every day. I look at the spot — again, nothing is burning. They began to read the instructions together, run them on their computer. The employee searched for everything himself, suffered. Bottom line: there is no backlight on top, there is 1 small LED on the bottom. This design, all save batteries. There are no complaints about the store, but there is a question for the specialists from the service center :) Most likely, they didn't even look at it. But in favor of the client :). If they have such a guarantee for all customers, then I'm all for it.

It was the first time I decided to order something here. I hope this is an isolated case. BUT, the story is as follows:
21.12 I ordered work boots insulated by TALANPROM Storm. After a while, as always, a specialist calls. The girl tells everything, clarifies the cost, no questions, very polite. Delivery on the 24th evening or morning of the 25th. Why is it taking so long, allegedly not available in Minsk. I will deliver from another city. And I need it urgently. Well ok. What to do. Delivery, it's a long way to go.3 days, agreed. Take it. I will pay for the delivery, cost, etc.
On the 24th, at 13:23, a guy calls. I imagine I'm uh, here we are. But no. Informs: we called that store from another city, this model is not available. And offers something else. I replied calmly that no, thank you. And in my head I thought: what, don't call for 3 days and report this on the last day? Or have you been calling for 3 days or what?? How does it work for you??
I would have taken shoes from another store during this time.
I'm not usually a conflicted person, but this was clearly unprofessional. The order has passed. The delivery time is agreed. The money was waiting for its goods.
