A good hotel with stable 3 stars. The staff is friendly, unobtrusive, responsive. The location is good, close to one of the main pedestrian streets and the main street of the city with shops and establishments. The rooms are small, there is air conditioning, an old LCD TV, the rooms are always clean, cleaning is regular. The lower floors are cleaned before lunch, the upper ones after lunch, cleaning every day or every other day, if you specify something at the reception, then everything will be done. It is possible to rent a safe for $ 1, which is located at the reception, and Wi-Fi for the same price. Of course, the food cannot boast of variety (still, do not forget about the star rating of the hotel), but it is always fresh and delicious (thanks to the cook). The hotel itself is calm, I would say that it is family-run, very cozy enclosed area, with a swimming pool and tables in the shade of tangerine trees and banana palms - I really liked it. The area of the hotel itself is quite quiet, not a party area, so they did not interfere with sleeping at night. The only thing that needs to be taken into account is the presence of a mosque nearby, at around 5 am for a couple of minutes of chanting. If you take a room on the second or third floor (shady side) with a view of the pool, then the window offers a beautiful view of the mountains. There is a stretch of beach from the hotel with sun loungers, to which a bus takes you every day before lunch and after (like $ 1) and ride all day, or you can walk slowly in a straight line to the city beach

It was in the fall of 2024. It's very quiet and peaceful here, which is exactly what we wanted. Responsive and courteous staff, always rushing to help. I really liked the kitchen. Lots of greens, vegetables, what we need. The cook is a different story. He's a hard worker and very sociable. In general, it seems like one big family, everyone is warm and sweet. The pool is always clean, just a separate star! There are some scuffs in the rooms, repairs and furniture updates are required, but this is not at all critical, and if you do not notice these little things, then everything is very decent!

Wonderful hotel, excellent service, good-natured, helpful, courteous staff. We are always ready to listen to a request for help. The food is varied and delicious. The cook is a professional in his field, he cooks very tasty. Rooms are cleaned, bed linen and towels are changed regularly. The boys at the reception are smart, especially Muhammad. The owner himself lives in the hotel, there are two buildings, one with rooms, and apartments across the street. The pool is spacious, clean, and the bar is open from 11.00 to 21.00. The bar has fanta, cola, sprite, mineral water, beer, two types of ice cream on tap, red and white wine. There is also water, tea, juice of 3 types from the vending machine around the clock. Coffee of different types is also from the vending machine. The location is wonderful, it's a 10-minute walk to the center and the sea. Soap, shampoo, and paper are constantly replenished in the rooms. It's nice to be in this department, it feels like home, the staff knows everyone by sight, they don't wear bracelets like among relatives. We arrived here early in the morning on 07/14/2024 at 7.00, an hour later we had breakfast and after another 30 minutes we were checked in, we immediately changed clothes and ran to the sea to relax. We are leaving on 07/27/2024, two weeks have passed quickly. We will definitely come back here.

Nice hotel, helpful staff. The food is like in all threes, without frills, but delicious. The beach is 700 meters away, there is an opportunity to go to another beach, the hotel provides such a service for $ 1 per day. Internet and safe are paid, $ 1 per day. The price-quality ratio is solid 4. If you know that you are going to a budget hotel, then the requirements are appropriate. Food without much variety, chicken every 2-3 days, soy the rest of the days. There are always vegetables and greens. You can drink beer. We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our room, in the building across the street from the main building. In the morning we ran along the embankment, then brewed coffee and got high on the balcony.
A bus takes you to the beach every day for $ 1 per person. There are few people there, it's comfortable to swim, not like herring in a jar. For comparison, 1 km from the hotel there is a public beach with paid sun loungers and an umbrella. The cost is about $ 3 per person, but there are a lot of people there. We were there at the end of September. There's probably a crush in the summer.
Considering the prices of groceries and restaurants in Kemer, this is a normal hotel. If you are an unbiased tourist, you know how to relax, then the hotel will suit you.

The hotel corresponds to its 3 stars. Who needs a luxury room, with daily cleaning and lobsters, you are not here.
And we liked everything, the room has air conditioning, a balcony, they asked for a hairdryer at the reception, they gave it to us until the end of the vacation. During the 8 days of arrival, they were cleaned 2 times, the garbage is taken out every day. The staff is friendly, polite, and tries their best. Safe and Wi-Fi are $1 per day. There is a shuttle service to the beach, which runs according to schedule, also $ 1 per day and you can drive as much as you want per day, the price includes sun beds.
It takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the city beach, the water is clean.
The water in the pool is also clean, it does not smell of chlorine. Oranges and pomegranates grow on site.

We chose this hotel deliberately. I didn't want crowds, queues and fuss.
We took a suite for two. It is spacious, there is a refrigerator. The linen and towels are snow-white. The food is modest, but very tasty! This is not even a hotel, but a guest house. The pool is clean. Thanks a lot to the owner of the hotel and his team for being able to create such an oasis.
As for cleaning, this is not an option that comes every day, you just need to tell the reception what you need. Even many websites say cleaning on request. Our place is clean and well, we walk around the room satisfied barefoot. By the way, the wine is normal, thin, but delicious, the head does not hurt. The beer is normal, what's in cans from the store, what's draught, tasty and light. Yes, there is often no one behind the bar, but it is worth walking up or just five steps to the reception and a person will immediately come and pour you what you need.There is a different format here, many of the duties of the employees are connected.
Bananas, pomegranates, oranges, tangerines, and grapes grow on the territory.
We will definitely come here in the autumn to see how it all ripens.

In June, we stayed in hotels with a company (4 families with children). Of the advantages, only very tasty, varied food and clean territory.
We arrived at the hotel at 10 a.m., checked in after 14 p.m. (with a small child) we waited a very long time. The rooms are not bad, but the furniture and doors are old. They didn't do any cleaning, for 8 days they never changed the bed or washed the floors.

A quiet family-run hotel with excellent very friendly staff. No animation, music by the pool and drunken night gatherings.
All visitors, with extremely rare exceptions, are Russian-speaking.
In terms of price / quality ratio, the option is simply gorgeous, the main thing is not to contact the tour operator. We lived in a family room, we liked almost everything, the bed is soft, the refrigerator is quiet, the air conditioners are working.
The food is delicious, national, cooked with a soul. but! If you are at home all year, like all ordinary Russians, eating pasta, sausages, chicken and borscht with olivier, sometimes washing down with beer from Pyaterochka, and on vacation you dream of eating all the lobsters, eating them with marbled beef steak and be sure to wash it all down with "elite" imported alcohol, then YOU ARE NOT HERE.
The pool is clean, not deep, there is a separate "paddling pool". It is open until 19:00.
To the beach (although, to be honest, there are no normal beaches in Kemer) there is a minibus, it seems to cost 1 dollar.
Cleaning is on request, swans from snow-white towels have not been seen.
There are no problems with parking.
There are only two disadvantages.
The staff speaks almost no Russian or English. But it's solvable.
And next to it is a Georgian restaurant, where a combination of Russian-Georgian compositions plays periodically until about 23 o'clock. And there's nothing you can do about it.
Personally, my three children and I rested here for the second time and felt very good, almost at home.
P.S. I am very surprised by the negative reviews about this place. People! Look at the dollar exchange rate, the current cost of flights, huge inflation in Turkey and also estimate how much the tour operator takes for himself (and this is an impressive amount). There is very little left for the hotel. And for this minimum amount, you are also fed three times a day! Well, my God, this hotel is just great! What kind of claims can there be?

We had a rest in early June 2024. An urban-type hotel.. We lived in room 307 in the building where the reception is. The room is tired, small, there is no refrigerator. There is a wonderful balcony overlooking the Georgian restaurant and overlooking the mountains. A hair dryer was provided upon request, and a toothbrush cup also appeared. But we only spent the night in the room, so we quickly got used to the features of a 3* hotel. I used to rest at 4*, 5*, there is nothing to compare it with. Poor diet: little meat, fish, fruits, many types of olives, cheese and herbs. We weren't hungry, but we got used to a more varied buffet. There were usually a lot of delicious pastries in Turkey. There was only 1 view throughout the entire holiday. We bought the fruits ourselves.

It's not bad for a three-star hotel. The rooms are all of the same type - 2 beds (double and single), a small wardrobe, a TV (there are also Russian channels) and a combined shower and toilet. They were fed decently, three times a day. The food is varied - first, second (potatoes, rice, pasta), salads (mostly vegetable - cabbage, tomato with cucumbers, etc.), fruits and vegetables. The rooms are cleaned every two days, but every day, if necessary, they throw out garbage, change towels, etc.

It's not a long walk to the city beach, 10-15 minutes slowly. Similarly with the city center - everything is within a 10-minute walk.
There are local shops in the vicinity of the hotel, they accept Turkish lira and Union pay. !They don't take dollars!

We visited this hotel in June 2024. Who writes such good reviews? Surprised! We have been traveling to Turkey annually since 2008, to 5* hotels. This hotel is for a maximum of 4 people. What a beach bar is worth - a plywood booth! And chopsticks instead of teaspoons in a restaurant (!!!)? Is fine grilled fish good? It's not even worth writing about cleaning the room, replacing bedding and replenishing shampoos, this is not the case. We haven't changed the bed in 13 nights! For such money, we paid almost 600 thousand for 3 adults and a child!!!

Food for those who eat "stolovskoe", one dish of meat / fish / sausage for one meal, but vegetables are piled up in all variations. There has always been a watermelon. The wine in the bar is not very good, the beer is excellent.
There are plenty of supermarkets and merchants nearby, clothes / souvenirs, a Georgian restaurant around the corner, if desired, you can eat in local cafes. Opposite is the Botanical Garden.
We lived in a building across the street from the administrative and swimming pool, there is a gate with a combination lock.
To summarize, the hotel is fine, for those who are on a budget, the main attitude of the staff is not everyone speaks Russian, but everyone understands it.

We stayed at this hotel in May 2024. It is strange to read positive reviews about this hotel. The rooms are old, there is no refrigerator, there is no hair dryer. Now about nutrition, there is none at all. The food is monotonous . For breakfast, one boiled egg, two pieces of sausage, two pieces of cheese and everything else is impossible. Lunch and dinner are portioned. All that will be brought is soup and nuggets every day. It is impossible to sleep at night, the Georgian restaurant screams music until three in the morning.

Great hotel. The kitchen is good, we were there for 10 nights. But unfortunately, during this time, neither fish nor fried meat was seen. You will definitely not stay hungry. Everyone is kind and friendly. Everyone tried. They were allowed to stay in the room after 12 p.m. upon check-out. The location is excellent and close to the sea.Hello to the bartender from Samara. He was always there. He treated me to fruits. I will definitely still be at this hotel.
