A very expressive sculpture of a Black Lady in the Old Park of Nesvizh is dedicated to the local legend about the ghost of Barbara Radziwill, summoned from the other world by her husband Sigismund and who lost her deathbed because of his touch.

We had a vacation in Belarus this summer. And, of course, we visited Nesvizh Castle and the park adjacent to it. The first sculpture we came across turned out to be a Black Lady. The story of this mysterious woman is located on a plaque next to the sculpture. Walking through the park, you will meet quite a few of them. The park is wonderful, large, clean and well maintained. You can rent a carriage for a fee, ride around the park in a carriage and listen to a lot of interesting things on the audio guide. We liked walking and listening to birds more. Each sculpture has a plaque with a description and a QR code. I sincerely advise you to visit this place.
