A good store. A large selection, lovely consultant girls, pleasant New Year's Eve prices. I bought earrings here and am happy with them.
but! Please note that somewhere nearby there is another store of this chain (called something like Diamante), which I found out about after the purchase.
I tried on 7-carat earrings and decided to think a little, and the next day I called to book by phone. To do this, I found the model I was interested in on the 7karat website.by and called the phone number listed on the page.
As it turned out after the purchase, it was the diamante store that called, and not the 7 carat. It turned out that I tried on and bought earrings in one store, and booked them in another. When buying, I was also surprised that the postponed earrings were lying in the window.
At the same time, when booking, I indicated that I had come to try them on. Did the girls try on the same earrings in both stores on the same day? And both of them are brunettes (I didn't remember the name of the consultant and only indicated on the phone that I was advised by a brunette). And how was I supposed to know that there were two stores of the same chain?
In order to avoid such confusion, it is better for the network to make the store addresses on the site more visible.
I'm shooting a star for the confusion, because the diamante consultant was worried that I didn't come, and now I'm worried because I feel guilty, although this is not the case and I have no idea where the diamante store is located in the gallery.
I also tried on silver earrings. The photo shows that the price tag indicates a 7 carat store, not a diamante.

I didn't like the store. There are a lot of goods, but they are arranged in such a way that it is not clear where and what is worth. The staff is arrogant. They look at you from above and with some kind of contempt.

Most of the rings are size 17, and all in one copy, I couldn't measure the rings that I liked because of this. I didn't get a clear answer why. Plus, when I tried on one ring, I asked to tell about it, the consultant replied in surprise, "what should I tell you?..." I started asking her questions, when asked if it was diamonds or zirconium, I answered diamonds of course, since they cost so much. She left without buying
