Having come with a printout and having served the queue again, I had to tell the specialist where I found the information that this loan could be used to pay for services, and 10 minutes later I was notified that I needed the original invoice (!!). For a moment, the organization whose services I wanted to pay for is located 150 km from Minsk and going there for 1 piece of paper is nonsense, especially in the 21st century. Since you have approved a certain list of partners, then provide for a simplified workflow, otherwise you have come up with a loan, and take it as a whole quest. Especially considering the opening hours of the offices and the lack of a sufficient number of employees at this time
