We were all on vacation, my husband injured his leg, and we were sent to this clinic on insurance. I liked everything, the administrator, the doctor is very competent, polite (traumatologist), X-ray, everything was done quickly. They've prescribed treatment, and it's already much better. Thanks! The service is excellent

We were at an appointment with Lor in the direction of the insurance company. They took him in, took his temperature, sent him to an appointment, and then gave him all the necessary medicines for free. The only negative is that it took 2.5 hours in total. But considering that we didn't pay for anything there, that's a plus)

Hospital is very clean and it’s totally new. Very good material and detailed markings to find any location by yourself. Staff is very friendly and supportive. I felt a little bit odd experience due to my insurance and the doctor I visited but it’s understandable. I suggest if you have super premium insurance only then visit it else visit the Aster clinic if you need a seamless appointment and coverage. They have free valet parking and ample parking spaces you can find in the basements of the building. Use Aster mobile app for quick access.

A place where it is better not to come, but everything does not always depend on us, paperwork, examination, X-ray, fixation, 2 hours and sent home, in general everything is at an excellent level, although there was a misunderstanding between the insurance and the hospital, they did not give out medicines, but they delivered them to the hotel. Tinkoff insurance is always reliable and hassle-free!
