Wonderful vacation!
I stayed at the Erkal Resort Hotel from June 25 to July 2, 2024, classic tour, 8 days/7 nights. I arrived in the morning and was immediately checked into room 411, thanks to the owner, who met me himself and placed me. In terms of price-quality ratio, Erkal Resort exceeded all my expectations, so I put it 5*, although the hotel is 4*. I would like to draw attention to the obvious advantages:
✨ Cleanliness! Absolutely clean everywhere — in the restaurant, in the bar, throughout the territory, in the rooms. What is also very important to me is the absence of unpleasant odors, for which I am generally grateful to Anya!
✨ Courtesy and kindness! The guys at the reception, Emre and Ismail, are the most pleasant and well-mannered receptionists I have ever met, although it should be noted that all the employees of this hotel are distinguished by good manners and friendliness.
✨ Location! Erkal Resort is located near its own beach (8 minutes walk, there is a bus, it takes a minute) and at the same time it is located near the center of Kemer with its shops, clubs, mosque and other attractions (15 minutes of a leisurely evening walk)
✨ Comfort! The hotel is small and very well maintained, which makes it always nice and comfortable, it has its own SPA with an excellent hammam and massage. A disco is held several times a week, but there is no intrusive animation)
I did not see any disadvantages in this hotel, but there are a couple of nuances that I will share below.
1. The hotel does not have a very diverse, but delicious and high-quality food, the food is always fresh. The choice of dishes is small, but there is always chicken, turkey or fish, salads, lots of fruits, desserts, side dishes and soup. If you are going to rest, and not to devour, then you are here))
2. Erkal Resort welcomes guests from different countries, including Ukraine. I suppose that for some of my compatriots this moment may be decisive when choosing a hotel. If you are not a man of the World, then you better go to a hotel only for Russians, there will be a place for you and Tagil))

We had a vacation with my husband in September . The hotel is very cozy, the staff and the host are very polite and helpful. The hotel is located near the sea, we took a slow step to get to the beach in 15 minutes.

My wife and I were on vacation for the first time. The hotel is certainly not new and our room was standard. We have nothing to compare it with, so I'll write it as it is. The hotel is not far from the sea, sun beds are free, there is a shuttle service. The disco also has a shuttle service 2 times a week. There is an indoor entertainment disco from 21.00 to 23.00. The room has a refrigerator, air conditioning and a hairdryer. The pool deck chairs are all clean and the water is monitored. The most pleasant thing was, of course, the staff. Special thanks to the owners of the hotel and his wife. All the staff are very friendly and polite. In general, the hotel is for a relaxing stay over 30. It will be boring for young people here, but we really liked it!

Everything was fine with me at the hotel. A great hotel, especially for a family relaxing holiday. The room is clean and cozy, cleaning is regular. The food is varied, there is everything for a healthy diet. You can rent a bike directly at the hotel. Within walking distance of the whole of Kemer, even Mount Chalysh. I've never seen a worse hotel. For this price, you can buy an order of magnitude higher in terms of service. So, for those who will not be lazy and read the full review.
The first is food - semi-finished products and chicken, and only them! If you like chicken breasts, come here! Dry, tough, absolutely tasteless meat in various gravies. Of course, if you decide to lose weight and lead an ascetic lifestyle, then you definitely should talk to the chef of this "eatery hotel"
The second is the cleanliness of the rooms. Changing towels - you can forget, taking out the trash - too, flies - welcome. We got a completely smoky room with faulty plumbing that leaks after the first use of the shower. My nose itches, my feet are wet, my hands are bitten by midges from the bathroom or bed bugs, but the fact remains that there are marks on my body... I am attaching a photo
Another feature of the hotel is a tumbleweed of hair... lumps were encountered both in the room and in the corridors. And if you come across someone in the dark (because the lighting in the corridors does not work), do not be afraid, it's just the hair of people who once lived here.. the story is so to speak... the owner is busy sitting in the bar and making sure that everything is in order, it doesn't work out and that no one drinks or eats more than he allowed

Terrible hotel
It's just tin, dirt, sewage is pouring in the bathroom, you wash yourself - the floor is wet, the windows are broken, as if you got into a hotel without stars 🤦♀️
The owner is generally crazy, runs up, snatches the glasses out of his hands, shouts that you can't take anything with you, although people didn't plan to take anything, they haven't seen this in Turkey yet, although this is the sixth time. It would be better to clean better, and not look at who and what drinks and eats. The lighting on the floors does not work, hair is lying everywhere in lumps, well, really it is impossible 🤦♀️

Good afternoon! We rested from September 18 to September 23 in 2023. I liked everything, the rooms are clean, the linen is white, of course everything is a little tired, but in general everything is fine! Cleaning was done every other day. Number 305.As for the food, everything is super, varied and very tasty. Dishes for every taste. The staff is excellent and helpful. The hotel owner is attentive to every customer. We were very happy with the rest. The beach is 15 minutes away, even if there is a shuttle service. There is a swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas on site.

7 nights rest at the end of July.
-Meeting and accommodation
We stopped by in the morning , around 9 a.m.They were quickly accommodated, despite the fact that they said they would have to wait until 12, they gave rooms immediately after breakfast.According to the agreement, there was a family room, they gave two neighboring doubles.
The rooms are generally ok for three (I don't know who gave this hotel 4*), the beds, pillows, mattresses are comfortable.The linen is not washed.
But the bathroom is very , very sad , everything that is in the photo in the reviews is the real picture .The plumbing is old, the brush is a separate pain - vomit.y horror🤮🤮🤮 ( well , the brushes cost 5 kopecks at ikea , this is the face of the hotel , really not to buy new ones 🤷)

They don 't wash the sink , I had a piece of baby food cardboard lying on the sink, and it was lying around until I cleaned it myself .
Towels and bed linen have not been changed in 7 days.
But everyone is responsive and nice, the maids speak Russian.
The son slammed the door a couple of times , the maid opened it for him .
He asked to wash the shower after he was sick .They washed it .I left a tip later.

In general , I would put 4 , despite the fact that it is not very diverse, but it is cooked delicious .
The only breakfast is yes, very, very poor .For all the time, we fried an omelet once, fried eggs once, and pancakes once.
I was pleased with the table with vegetables : a lot of just separate herbs arugula, spinach, mint , lettuce, cherry tomatoes (!!!), and not chopped semi-green, as they like in 3 (these were also by the way)
So I would have put 4 if it hadn 't been for
- I found sour grated carrots on the 4th day 🤯
- I found rotten chicken legs on the 5th day.The whole pallet that was just taken out 😡
At the end of the 5th day, my child was poisoned
What we did not understand was that at dinner our dishes somehow intersected .Maybe it 's the ice cubes in the coke 🤷
I want to note that the dishes are clean, I have never seen dirty , broken
But the high chairs ( there are only two of them and this is not enough ) are dirty .I've always wiped myself with alcohol.
-Sea and beach
They are still far away ! No 500 meters (it's in a straight line, but the beach of the 5* hotel is in a straight line).And you have to go to your own along Ataturk Boulevard for 15-20 minutes.There is a transfer , but it goes at 9 and 10 in the morning .It 's late , we always walked by ourselves with a stroller .There were always enough places on the beach for everyone, the beach is wide , there are a lot of sun beds .
The beach is clean, I saw a plastic cup only once in the sea after a storm
- Entertainment at the hotel
There are none .A couple of times a week , some kind of disco Looks very disgusting because first the owner of the hotel sits at the console, and then he sits down at the table and the waiters bring him watermelons , melons , drinks 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

And also a table is reserved for him in the restaurant, and while hotel guests drink drinks from paper cups, they bring him glass ones for water and a Turkish cup for tea.This is probably all you need to know about the hospitality of the hotel owner and his attitude towards guests.
He 's also rude to tourists .This is nonsense 😨
When my husband bought the Internet from him (also a wild wildness, for a long time everywhere Wi-Fi in the lobby is free), a woman asked something next to the desk clerk.So the owner of the hotel besieged her: "you don't see that we are talking here, you are in the way!!"
The hotel staff, by the way, is wonderful.Everyone is friendly.
The check-out was early , we had a decent lunch box .

We are resting in this hotel for the second time, we really like it, it is quiet and cozy, delicious food (the chef is handsome) without lobsters and red caviar, we do not starve. Who feels bad for you on the first line and then giving 8-20 thousand rubles a day, I'm not sure that you will be satisfied, well, in general, who has what budget. If breakdowns occur, they are eliminated during the day. We chose a hotel in Kemer, as we have already been to this region more than once, I really like it. The mountains- the view is amazing! We arrived at this hotel for the first time, settled into two rooms at once, one room was unsuccessful, the water from the shower would flow into the room, they told the reception, quickly cleaned, one day they changed to another room-a good one with a view of the mountains.The staff is helpful and polite, as is the owner of the hotel, thank you! Meals for 3, although there is always something to eat.Special thanks to the massage therapists Deniz and Mahmed, all super professionals, I recommend to all vacationers to combine rest with wellness, it is convenient at the hotel and the hours of procedures by appointment.The convenient location of the hotel, a quiet alley 8 minutes walk from the sea.

Terrible hotel.
The food is just tin, no variety. It is impossible to eat breakfast, it is not 4 stars at all. It doesn't pull for 3. Boiled eggs and cereal for breakfast. No scrambled eggs, but no scrambled eggs, no pancakes, no porridge. For lunch, mashed soup looks like vomit. The side dish is pasta mixed with bulgur.
Cleaning was done 3 times in 9 days. We went on an excursion for 3 days, so only the garbage was taken out in the room for the view, the room was not washed, the linen was not changed, but at least the floors should have been washed because we were going in a hurry and applied some sand from the beach
2 times we knocked on the cleaning at 14.30, when it was +46 outside and it was obvious that everyone was waiting out the heat in the room.
Once we were asked to assemble a lunch box, we were given a piece of bread and a rotten tomato.
We strongly do NOT recommend going to this hotel.

We rested from 29.08 to 05.09. We arrived at the hotel late in the evening, we didn't have time for dinner, but we were fed, for which thank you very much. The hotel has a friendly Russian-speaking staff. The hotel is cleaned every day. The cleaning apparently includes only garbage removal and that's it. The floors in the room were not washed while we were relaxing. Shampoos have to be begged, the maid does not leave. There are no dental kits at all, they were bought in a store.The food in the dining room is not bad either. We didn't stay hungry, but there wasn't much variety either. Breakfast was especially upsetting, my son got worms in the cereal. Wi-Fi is paid. The hotel has an adult contingent, mostly of retirement age, few young people. Great massage. For the second year in a row, we come to this cozy, wonderful hotel. The arrival begins with a welcoming smile from the director and staff, the registration is fast. Both years they arrived early in the morning, were immediately invited to breakfast and settled in without waiting for 14.00. A shuttle service is available from the hotel and to the beach: 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. There are free sun beds and umbrellas on the beach. The food at the hotel is delicious and varied: chicken, turkey, fish, lots of vegetables, both stewed and fresh. The cook cooks in a variety of ways. Delicious soups, salads and snacks. Fruits, sweets. There is always a lot of everything, there is enough for everyone. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are cleaned every day. The rooms are spacious, with balconies. There is a swimming pool, the director personally takes a water sample every evening and monitors the cleanliness and purification of the water and the pool. For those who like to spend time actively, the director and staff organize discos at the hotel, now they are 2 times a week. They also take you to foam discos on the beach. All staff are friendly and helpful. We love this hotel for its warmth, excellent service, cleanliness and convenient location to the sea and the city center! We will be happy to come back again!

We stayed at this hotel from August 3 to August 13.
We flew with great doubts. I was satisfied with the price of the tour. 118,000 for a full 11 days for two, so we chose this hotel. But everything turned out to be quite decent. Of course, not 4*, but a strong 3*.
The food is not very varied, but it is cooked very tasty, with a soul.
There was enough meat and chicken. Lots of vegetables, delicious watermelons, apricots, melons.
No one was left hungry.
They took a bus to the sea. We walked. 10-15 minutes in the usual step.
I liked the SPA. The guys Denise and Oman are excellent specialists. We recommend it.
The staff speaks Russian.
Cleaning was done every day.
The hotel is small, very cozy and clean.

We stayed at this hotel from 07/25/23 to 08/03/2013, disgusting.
1. the hotel is stuffy, there is a split system in the room, but as soon as you leave the room and pull out the key, it turns off, you come into a terrible stuffiness from the heat.
2. the food is just as disgusting, the choice is meager, chicken, but mostly soy, apples and watermelon were among the fruits all the time, and that sour one. There is also a split system in the dining room, but it is not turned on, you go out like from a bathhouse.

We had a rest at the Erkal Resort Hotel in early August! The hotel is positioned as 4, but in fact it is a weak 2. The food is very bad. There was absolutely nothing to eat for breakfast. There was a little more choice for lunch and dinner, but everything was not delicious. The rooms are very old, tired, everything falls off (sockets, switches), the air conditioner could not cope. But the worst thing was that there was often no hot water after 6 p.m.!!!! They complained at the reception, they answered it happens! The pegasus guide said that one of the worst hotels! The staff is almost all not polite except the guys who cleaned the dining room, they are great! The owner of the hotel is not well-mannered and rude at all! The attitude towards Russians is not very good!I do not recommend the hotel!

We stayed at this hotel for a week from September 19th. It doesn't pull 4 stars, even 3 stars. The showers are all running, there is water on the floor all the time. In other rooms as well. The staff is good, the host is not very (greedy and not polite). He treats Russians badly, because his girlfriend is Ukrainian. When the cards were blocked, she was very happy about it. Our vacation ends at Erkal Resort otel. We rested from 21.07 to 31.07 . I have a pleasant impression of the hotel and the staff. The charming girl at the reception, Oksana, greeted us warmly, placed us in the room, and the check-in was done at 10.00 in the morning, which pleasantly surprised us. They immediately fed us breakfast. The room has been redecorated. I was pleasantly surprised by the plumbing: everything is in excellent condition. The room is cleaned daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
I was pleased with the art of the chef of this hotel:the assortment is not large, but every time something new and everything is very tasty.
There is a hammam on site. We recommend that you definitely get into the hands of Natalia's masseuse: golden hands and pleasant in communication.
A pleasant impression was left by the guys working in the restaurant and bar.
Our only wish is to have more entertainment at the hotel. Since there were discos not every day.
The territory of the hotel is well-groomed, there is a place to sit, there is a relaxation area by the pool, and most importantly, the area around the hotel is well-groomed and lots of greenery!
The hotel is designed for a quiet and cozy family holiday.
I would like to return to Erkal Resort otel again. We wish you to have more customers at the hotel and our tour operators do not forget to recommend it for your vacation!

The hotel does not deserve even one star. Slaughtered plumbing, problems with the air conditioner. There are several Russian channels on TV. The owner is very greedy and saves on ABSOLUTELY everything. The food is meager, only vegetables and meat of questionable quality, soups like in refugee camps, as well as all the food. The bar is terrible - the beer is bitter, and the wine tastes very much like alcohol. The pool is very small, the water in it is muddy, it is scary to swim, because it has not been cleaned once during the 4 weeks of our stay. It is very far from a normal beach - about 20 minutes walk (like a bus goes there in the morning), to walk to the center ~ 20-25 minutes, there are the nearest normal shops (you will have to go there, because normal fruits (only watermelons, occasionally melons and cherries) and sweets are not given). The cleaning was normal, everything was changed, shampoo was given out, floors were wiped, garbage was taken out. We do not recommend it in any case, it is better to settle in a normal three than in this lying four. They populate single men.

The hotel is 3-4 stars, pretty decent. Clean, the rooms are cleaned every day. The staff is friendly and helpful. The air conditioners are working. The hammam is free, as it is written - no, it is offered cooled down, free of charge, to sit. And so, for money, the master in the hammam does massages. The pool is small, no, but this is not critical, because nearby (10 minutes walk) there is a private hotel beach with umbrellas and sun loungers (free of charge). There are a lot of emotions, I'll try in order and without lyrics
1) The hotel
The location leaves much to be desired. It is 15 minutes to the sea and not in a straight line, but there is a piece of the beach with sun beds disembodied. It's not just for the Erkal, but there aren't many people there. It takes about 25 minutes to get to the center and at least some shops (on the right and in a straight line). I will not say that this is a very big minus, but if you do not want to go somewhere far in the heat, then you should not count on a good time at the hotel, there is nothing to do there.
2) Nutrition
The menu is monotonous, there is no choice, it does not pull at 4 in any way
The tea mugs are dirty, the appliances are always stained, I had to wipe everything before the start of the meal.
3) Alcohol and bar
As always, beer is in threes - yellow water, there is nothing strong, soda is exhausted. If you ask for a cocktail and so on, it doesn't matter with alcohol or not - they will pour syrup, but even if there is no greedy host nearby
Take alcohol with you in the dutik if you want to drink something good. By the way, the bar is open until 22:00, then everything is also poured for money, 0.3 beer 3 bucks (ridiculously simple)
4) The number
The room is scanty, the repair is old, we stopped in a hastily cleaned room, the plumbing is dirty, a glass for z.brushes with such a plaque and dirt inside 3 centimeters. I attach a photo
5) Animation and motion
Those who read the reviews may have come across stories about the owner. So, I thought it was nonsense. But it's true, everything is brought to the owner on a tray, they turn on music in the evening, if he is in the mood, he chooses lonely tourists and they follow him everywhere. There is no animation, cheap Russian hits with obscenities are played from the dictation library (when his guest wants to). Sometimes there is something Turkish, it somehow did not bother.
Well, to sum up, if you want to enjoy not only Turkey, but also comfortable living conditions, then do not choose this miracle. It's only normal to spend the night there (although water can be poured on the balcony, and other fun is not excluded)
In Turkey 10 times, it was from 3 to 5. All 3 that I've been to beat this 4-star hotel in everything.
The fish rots from the head, so while there is such a guide, nothing good is shining for the guests. He and the entire staff just don't care what kind of feeling and impression we get from being in this hole. (4 stars were given most likely for a huge territory, with one but! 60 % of which is a half-forgotten garden, where naturally everything is fenced and garbage )
If you have any questions, write, it's impossible to describe everything here, it didn't work out briefly, of course, but this is only a small part.

I really liked the hotel. The room is clean, cleaning is done daily. On the downside, the air conditioner did not work well and yes, indeed, as many write, water leaks on the floor in the shower. But these are small things. I liked the food. I didn't use the bar, there's nothing to say about it. Of the cons, there is no animation, since we are without children, it was not boring for us.
