If you like boiled pearl porridge (devzira rice has exactly this taste and consistency here) with rubber beef - here you go. This is a specific dish, not at all like all those pilafs that I have tried in other cities of Uzbekistan. Vegetables and meat are of very poor quality, which is very rare in Uzbekistan.

As a rule, people come here to try the local variety of pilaf from devzira, but do not miss the chance to order the dish "buyin gushti" (lamb neck).
