A wonderful hotel! Wonderful and very friendly staff! Room service several times a day. They refresh the water, bring fruits and evening chocolate.
The territory is quite extensive, there are a lot of places with sun beds. Three large swimming pools and bars to them) a lot of singing birds and walking peacocks.
The rooms are spacious and clean. Balcony with table and chairs. There is a docking station, a TV with the first channel. Hair dryer, iron, cosmetics. Good quality bed linen. Down pillows and blankets.
Separately about the kitchen. The quality and variety are beyond praise. For example, for breakfast, the restaurant offers boiled, fried eggs, omelets, scramble, poached eggs and Benedict, as well as shakshuka. A sea of snacks, including red fish, mashed avocado, prosciutto and martadella…
There are always several varieties of fish for dinners, grilled meat (a separate post on the street). Lots of greens, cheeses, sweets and fruits. And everything we tried was very tasty.
Drinks. Water is offered at our accommodation (breakfast and dinner). All the others are for a fee. There are good wines and sparkling wine.
We rarely take hotels with more than breakfast. In this case, getting into the "top ten"!

There are many restaurants with different cuisines on site, but it is better to take breakfast and dinner at the main restaurant. It turns out delicious, varied and much cheaper. The hotel's rooms are worn out, but there is a building after the renovation of the Royal Tower. Everything is fresher and more attractive there. The service is at a high level. The staff tries to maintain this level ... They clean 2 times a day, change everything, including bathrobes. Wi-Fi there makes you smile... for Russians, where it is free and fast everywhere in public places, it is also mentioned there as providing a "free" service and at the same time it barely pulls, and when you leave the hotel at 12 o'clock, you will be disconnected from Wi-Fi at 11.30. I liked the sunbathing area, it is always clean, there are a lot of sun beds, there are always an unlimited number of towels... as a compliment - small cold towels and frozen fruit juice for every sunbather. Great hotel! There were two times. The hotel has a huge territory, which is rare and valuable in Dubai. Three swimming pools, many restaurants, greenery, flowers, palm trees. Peacocks walk around the territory, birds sing.
Excellent breakfast, a huge selection of dishes for dinner, including grilled tiger prawns, steaks, rolls.
We lived in the Royal Tower building, there is a free snack in the club lounge from 15 to 17 and from 18 to 20 with alcohol (but only for adults)
The staff is attentive and helpful. Towels are brought and laid on the sun beds, as much as you ask, and they will give you as much. You can endlessly write about them.
Of the cons, the only one is not a very convenient Wi-Fi, but this did not spoil the impression.

Great hotel!
A large area. There are always enough sun beds - on the beach, by the pools (there are three of them in the hotel), on the lawn.
The food is delicious, but unfortunately monotonous. If you take dinners, you can choose one of six (I recommend Italian) restaurants or have dinner in the common room, where it's almost the same every day.
Near a supermarket, a walking street.
The rooms are nice and clean. Cleaning is done every day, tea/coffee is added, fruits and chocolates are brought.
The staff is excellent - everyone is trying to help, smiling, very friendly

I really liked the hotel: a beautiful, well-maintained territory with 3 swimming pools, a playground, a place for football and ping pong, with access to the sea. Peacocks, ducks walk around the territory, bright birds with exotic cries fly. Wonderful spa (though only for 16+, children are not allowed). Catering at the highest level: restaurants with diverse cuisine (Italian, Indian, pan-Asian, Arabic, fish, etc.), brasserie with a fantastic selection and a wonderful chef: the taste of the dishes is beyond praise. I have stayed at this hotel several times, the last time 5 years ago. On this trip (November 2024), I came to this hotel twice, took a Beach pass.
A beach day costs 400 AED/person - the entire amount works as a deposit for food and drinks. Very tasty food at the Pool Bar and Beach bar. The hotel has a large green area with peacocks.
But the beach is so-so - almost all the sun beds are already occupied in the morning, it's a long way to the water, the swimming area is a small paddock fenced with buoys. Noisy and gasoline-smelling boats and jet skis, green muddy water and a steep bottom, music from the bar and beach of a nearby hotel, noise from airplanes, jellyfish sting in the water interfere with rest.
But the area is well maintained and the toilets are very pleasantly clean.

From fruits: grapes, pineapple, dragon fruit, papaya, mango, pomegranate, strawberry, passion fruit, strawberries were given peeled and sliced, strawberry slices were added to yogurt like sour cream and adding cane sugar. Croissants, red fish, freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh watermelon, one day I asked for carrot, and this juice was prepared and brought to the table. The omelet is prepared by adding different ingredients, poached egg, pancakes, Belgian waffles, cheesecakes, olives. The atmosphere in the hotel is calm, there is no hype, screaming music, screams of both children and adults, very peaceful, a real paradise.

We first visited this hotel about 10 years ago, at that time it was a wonderful hotel, now it has become even better. Excellent food in the morning and evening, brunches also with a varied menu.
In the influx of tourists, there are difficulties with free sun beds on the beach, but there is always a place by the pools.
