The prices are powerful, and everything is fine, I have been resting there for 7 years in a row, the cottages are cool, especially if you are with a gold card (necessarily relatives or owners of the cottage) you can safely go to the pool without paying at all, only the bar and rental (sale) of inflatable crocodiles, mattresses, etc., are paid.

A wonderful park for walking and relaxing.Very nice pool and SPA.There is even a mini zoo and fishing.As a disadvantage, this is an expensive restaurant with not very tasty food.Unfortunately, the restaurant has no competition and you have to eat only there.If I were the owners, I would allow other representatives of the food industry to enter the territory, which would attract more visitors.I often watched how, after seeing the prices on the menu, vacationers were disappointed to leave the summer area of the restaurant or order the cheapest.

A beautiful place! Little Turkey, without going abroad. Clean, well-groomed, very comfortable for families with children. Food prices are average, and all drinks are overpriced.. The only big disadvantage is the location.

The first time on 8 lakes was in 2016. Then I didn't like it - a small pool, a crowd of people, cerberus guards , you won't relax ...
But not long ago I decided to go and was pleasantly surprised ☝️
Huge swimming pools , clean , tidy, free towels, sun beds, umbrellas, trestles , bar , ice cream, good cuisine... You can walk outside the water park, it's green, it's beautiful.
There is a thermal SPA.

The location is very convenient. There is beauty all around. The pools are being looked after. The kitchen is delicious, but expensive. We stayed overnight in the cabins, the cabins were clean and tidy. But I really didn't like that after 12.00 at night, the lights in the lampposts, which are located on the sidewalks that lead to the houses, are turned off. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the house from the restaurant. From 8.00 a.m., workers began mowing the grass with a gasoline mower right next to the houses, making a noisy sound. It seems that we came to rest and not to say that it is cheap. We could mow the grass closer to lunch, when the guests wake up.

I liked the pools, they were big and clean. The territory is well maintained in principle, there are a lot of sun beds. But there is a significant disadvantage- this is a cafe near the pools: the order was waited for more than an hour, it was not on the menu that was ordered, I had to order what was left, the food is not very tasty, but very expensive.
This is the only thing that spoiled the impression, but not the rest itself.

8 lakes is no longer a place where you can have a good time!
Weekend admission is 15K for an adult, 9k for children from 3 to 12 years old.
What will you get for this money?
Nothing.
1. Let's start with the locker room 🤢 UNSANITARY CONDITIONS Everywhere dirt, water and hair.
Mothers with babies throw dirty diapers right on the changing bench and napkins, and the staff does not clean. The toilet doors don't close, it stinks, the flush doesn't work, the trash cans are falling apart. In general, the women's locker room is a scary and disgusting sight. I WAS AFRAID TO GO INTO THE SHOWER ROOM.
2. We forgot the sunscreen, so they sold it there, but the price is x7.
We paid 7k for the cream, which costs 1,500 tenge on Kaspi. Okay, our joint, what did you forget... but you're completely fucked up 😠
3. Swimming pool
The water was dirty, there was snot, paper bracelets were lying in the water and near the pool. Savages jump into the pool and no one is watching it.
4. Bar
The bar is full of trash on Saturday. Littered with garbage and a dirty bar counter. At one o'clock in the afternoon there were no lemonades, fruit drinks and, most importantly, ICE... Something like that…
5. Food.
The food is good, but it stands like an airplane wing. 4K kebabs, 5k pizza, 4k lemonades.
6. Staff.
For the money that visitors pay you, can you afford adult employees?
It was very strange to watch a 12-year-old girl collecting garbage, and a 14-year-old girl struggling with smelly dirty floors in the locker room.

There are no similar establishments in Almaty: there is an indoor pool with saunas, an outdoor one with hot artesian, massage services, the largest outdoor pool in Asia, lakes for fishing and walking, a petting zoo with a protected area, and restaurants. Что касается атмосферы - все ok, можно сказать даже на высшем уровне, прилично, достойно, впечатляет. Есть одно большое НО- цена . Вход в бассейн 10 тыс тенге- дорого, но можно. Однако просвечиваю вас вместе с "багажом" на предмет проноса не особо опасных предметов, а продуктов питания, что само по себе довольно странно. Кафе на территории достаточно дорого, создается впечатление некоторого навязывания пищевого сервиса, что делать-кушать хочется , хорошо хоть воду можно взять из внешнего мира. В целом для Казахстана местечко дорогое, раскручено неплохо. Однако это всего лишь бассейн, даже не море, хлорированная вода. В России данный комплекс у нас не вызвал бы интерес

Все в целом отлично, как в описании. Но очень дорого поесть и отдыхать там. Кухня очень дорогая.
Территория очень большая, парковка далеко от места отдыха, берите сразу все что нужно из машины.
Сафари не дорого, но как то скучно, егерь едет и молчит, про животных детям ничего не рассказывают, животные там стандартные те же что в зоопарке. Только добавляются 2 верблюда, кабаны и ещё один вид оленя-не пятнистый. Очень не хватает звуков джунглей, а то во время поездки полная тишина.

Turning to the administrator Lyudmila with a question why one waiter is sewn up, while others are sharpening their mistakes and cannot approach the client, they received an answer: "We don't have clients, we have guests. Each waiter has a rotation. Has your order been accepted? I: "Yes, they accepted", the administrator: "Well, that's it then, wait." So the rotation is like this: one is sewn up, there are a lot of GUESTS at the tables behind it, and where the tables are free, you can stand and do nothing.
If we, the visitors, are positioned as GUESTS, then the attitude, in any case, of the Administrator, should be on the level.
