I have been going to yoga in this studio for more than 3 months. It's a great place of power for every level. Pleasant friendly atmosphere. It was in this studio that I was lucky enough to learn that yoga is actually not only and not so much how to stand on your head, but philosophy and lifestyle.
I won't say that my life became easy and carefree at the same time, I don't think it's even possible.
But the fact that constant work on oneself gives an amazing effect is a fact.
And the equipment for the YKV is like an airplane for a traveler. Only you are not a passenger who sleeps in the cabin, but a real pilot. It takes a long time to study. Well, it's a plane! But then fly wherever you want)
