The hotel is not far from the metro, there are supermarkets nearby, including an alcohol market (literally cross the street), if you go, take your passport with you. The nearest beach is a 30-minute walk or 5 minutes by taxi. The room is spacious, there are no Russian channels on TV, every day they bring a bag of tea, coffee and water for 2 people. in 9 days we experienced hell, the room is very dirty, there are insects in the room, the staff is not respectful, there is no cleaning in the room, you ask to do something, but they don't care. This is not the first time in Dubai and it was in this hotel that both the attitude and the accommodation were terrible. For some reason, they came up to us and forbade us to take food, that we were gaining a lot, you see. They left with bad emotions from there. We do not recommend this hotel

Perhaps the most, well, or one of the best inexpensive 4-star hotels in Dubai, a convenient location, a wide entrance, there is a place to put a car, also chic without a ceiling, in the form of an interior space from the ground to the roof of the building, transparent elevator shafts, spacious rooms, well, everything is like everyone else, the most important thing is a restaurant, there was everything in abundance, well, except of course royal lobsters, lobsters, but there were seafood, shrimp, squid, red fish, any kind of meat, fruits, vegetables, the restaurant is no worse than in the same Dubai Hilton. There is a swimming pool, as well as a convenience store in the same building where prices are lower than in careful, a possible obvious disadvantage is a building under construction nearby, well, here you can agree on a replacement room, in principle, so I did.
I will also note such a feature as the distance from downtown, the Internet City station in the area where the hotel is located is separated from the business Bay station, i.e. the center of Dubai 7 stations, For someone this is a minus, but for me it was a plus since Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah are nearby

Nice hotel. The rooms are small, but they have everything: a comfortable bed, all the accessories in the bathroom, a normal hair dryer, a good wardrobe, a safe, a TV (not needed at all), they took care of an adapter for electric plugs from other countries, there are for everyone - well done simply. Of the minuses- there is no balcony, the possibilities of drying beach accessories are limited.

The hotel, in general, is not bad. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly. But the rooms were tired (they took delux), it smelled damp... Maybe it's just our bad luck. There are few rooms with a balcony, and without a balcony it is simply impossible to dry something normally.
Once, after returning to the room in the evening, they found it unlocked, and left in the morning... Nothing was lost, but the sediment remained.
Four stars for the food, but rather 3.

But I liked the fact that when I didn't go to breakfast, because I was burned on the beach and it was difficult to walk, the staff offered to bring breakfast to the room. Excellent hotel:
- 10 min walk from Dubai Internet City metro station
- near 2-3 shops with all everyday products
- very tasty and hearty restaurant at the hotel (we took full board. They ate thoroughly)
- friendly staff. Wonderful chefs. Daily room cleaning.

I stayed at this hotel several times, it was fine.
02/18/2023 arrived at the hotel after booking it, confirmation came, money was debited, but there was no reservation at the hotel.
The saddest thing is that the hotel staff was funny about this situation, they had to ask several times what was funny.
Of course, I will find another hotel and a car with me, but imagine people who have booked this hotel for the first time in Dubai, the reservation turned out to be missing, and the staff will just laugh at you.

A great hotel with excellent service. Very responsive staff, high-quality cleaning every day, excellent lunches. In the building of the hotel there is a grocery store,a transfer to the beach, a warm swimming pool, metro within walking distance. In general, everything is for a comfortable stay. We didn't regret staying there.

The hotel is good, 10 minutes walk to the metro, delicious breakfasts, twice a day there is a bus to the beach from the hotel for free. Unfortunately, the windows in our room did not open, they were sealed, so it was impossible to ventilate and the room was very humid. Even with air conditioning, I wanted to open the window.
