15 minutes to the beach , there are shops and pharmacies downstairs, friendly staff, heated swimming pool (from 8:00 to 20:00), there is not always sun where the pool is, and a gorgeous view from the apartment, a construction site next to the house

The view of the bay is amazing! That's a plus! Noooo, the house is over 15 years old, everything is falling apart, the rental prices are space, and access to the beach is a 15-minute walk away, in the heat it's still a pleasure. It's 20 minutes to the subway, and if the weather is good, it's great to walk, but it's only 3 months a year. But the view is great!

Very good location!!! Not far from the famous local beach and promenade, 15-20 minutes on foot. There are two supermarkets and other small department stores nearby. The metro is also nearby. The building itself has a small swimming pool and a gym, including parking for those who need it. The apartment has three-pin sockets of the British type, adapters are needed, if anything, they can be bought in nearby shops, the price is about 10 dirhams. Al Maktoum Airport is 30 minutes away by taxi. In general, I recommend this place to stay!
