This is the best hotel, the owner of the hotel is Akhmet, just incredible!!!! We will be happy to return to him. Nearby attractions are within walking distance. I loved this place with all my heart, if I go back, then only there! I ADVISE YOU!

very good location, close to all major attractions, lovely area! the hotel has everything you need, all services are provided very efficiently. the very friendly host Ahmet, who helped us in all situations and made our stay as comfortable as possible. very caring and attentive to his guests, always happy to solve any problem that arises. the rooms are very comfortable) I travel quite a lot, and I want to mark this hotel as one of the best I've been to.

The location of the hotel is excellent - 5 minutes from the center, all the main attractions are nearby, a view of the Marmara Sea, a quiet, clean street. The room has everything you need (slippers, towels, kitchen, refrigerator, accessories, hot water, air conditioning). WiFi works stably, without problems. The wonderful owner of the apart-hotel Ahmed is a warm, friendly, responsive person who will help solve any problem in Istanbul! He will issue an Istambulcard with a NON-STANDARD code, order a transfer, advise where to eat with a big discount, buy sweets, tea, coffee, water - at any time without restrictions, keep company at breakfast, always ask if everything is enough and if there are any wishes. The rest in this modest hotel became simply wonderful thanks to Ahmed. I highly recommend staying here. Thanks to Ahmed, best wishes to him and his business!

So it's our turn to THANK AHMET for his hospitality and wonderful time in Istanbul. Everything that is written here, all the good reviews, is absolutely true! We had a four-bed apartment with its own terrace for seven nights. Everything is very comfortable, within walking distance to the main attractions and transport. Nearby are the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Theodosius cistern, many shops and cafes. The room had everything we needed in our cozy kitchen, and every day we had breakfast overlooking the Marmara Sea. The bed is comfortable, the shower is with good pressure, the Internet is flying, the room is very warm, this is important for December))) Akhmet is just gold, treated with hookah, breakfast, tea and coffee, it's very nice! He gave us the Istanbul transport card and took care of the transfer to the airport (200 liras). In general, if you are looking for a place to stay in Istanbul, consider that you have already found the perfect apartment for very adequate money!!! We will be happy to return to Istanbul and to Akhmet! Thank you so much for your care and our wonderful vacation!!! Ahmet, we adore you !!! Olya and Sergey!
