A great hotel, located next to the fish market, you can buy seafood and cook in the kitchen (if the room has a kitchen), but you need to ask for a frying pan and a saucepan at the reception, by default they are not provided.
The houses are mostly single-storey.
The pool is good, there are enough sun beds for everyone, there is a bus to the beach. The hotel is quiet, ideal for families with children.

The hotel is very cool in terms of location and its architecture! You can walk around the entire lagoon (7-8km). Buildings of 1-2 floors, skyscrapers only around. There is a lot of greenery, palm trees and flowers, its own swimming pool, there is a playground in the yard under a shade canopy. The cafe is well fed, the staff is friendly and courteous. It's a long way to the beach! Free transfer (there at 10, back at 13) to the paid beach included in the price. You can get there / back by taxi (15-20 dhm)...

I really liked the hotel. The green lawn in front of the house, the birds are singing, almost paradise. Very spoils the impression of living with neighbors, the door between the two apartments is very thin, the audibility is incredible. They clean up every day. The pool is clean, warm. There are no complaints. There are a lot of interesting things nearby, there are places to go for a walk

We were the whole family, we were given a two-room room. There was a TV, kettle, refrigerator, air conditioning, safe. Sofa and bed. Balcony. Iron, ironing board. There are two pools, a children's pool too. Children's playground. Tennis court. Good breakfasts. A large selection of food. Tea, coffee, water, juices. Children can choose scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs. Salads, fruits. Pastries, muffins. Pancakes, bagels, croissants. Every day the room was cleaned, water was put on, tea, coffee, cream, sugar were put on. Clean towels. Shampoo, gel, even body lotion. You can see the Ferris wheel from the hotel. There is a good restaurant nearby. Burger king and kfs.

Nice hotel. There is no multi-storey building, the hotel consists of villas. Each villa has 1-3 rooms. The rooms are huge. We lived in room 54 square. There is a refrigerator, stove, cutlery. Each villa has its own fenced lawn. The hotel has good children's playgrounds under a canopy, a heated swimming pool and a sauna.

We are on vacation in this hotel with children. We really like everything: villa, green lawn, flowerbeds with palm trees, singing birds, there is a Playground, an adult and a children's pool (haven't swum yet), the location is very good in the city center, from the playground you can see the bay, the embankment, the Ferris wheel. The breakfasts are good, not only sausages, eggs, and buns, but also hot side dishes with vegetables, fruits, especially pineapples for breakfast. Bags of coffee, tea, and milk are brought to the room. Gels and shampoos, soap in sufficient quantities are brought to the bathroom. I am writing about this, because I read people's reviews before the trip. For some reason, there are few tourists now, the plane was half-empty, most of them are flying in transit. We are very satisfied with the rest and the choice of the hotel. Thank God for everything!

The rooms are dirty and dark. For 10 days, the linen has not been changed once.The cleaning lady only walks down the aisle in the room to wipe . There is age-old dust in the closets and under the beds. The smell of junk. In the beach bar from the hotel, they cheat a lot on bills. They attribute extra dishes to the receipt. They bring one menu to order, and when the bill is found out at the end, they slip another menu with higher prices. The owner is aware, he constantly rubs on the beach, but pretends that he is not in business and he is just a vacationer.

Of all the hotels where the transfer bus stopped from/to the airport, I would only return to this one again. One night of a week's vacation was spent in a room of "not our" category, cheaper, the administration provided a late check-out and an "extra" lunch as compensation, which was very important to us.

It's much worse than it was. (This is the second trip).
In the next room they can buy so that your room will stink all day. And the staff can't do anything.
Of the two TV sets, one showed channels, the other only Arabic. The hard disk could not be connected. We came across a "big cockroach" in the room.
At the reception, a special turn on "misunderstanding".
Breakfasts for children are rather small and the choice is not rich.
I was only pleased with the location- everything is nearby: shops, the city center, evening walks, markets nearby.
The territory is beautiful, lawns, Basik, you can play table tennis, you can drive football.
But I'm not going there anymore...

Great hotel. Before the trip I read a lot of reviews, there were a lot of negative ones, they wrote that the villas are old, without repair.
Vacationed with my wife in December 2021.
Villa for two rooms, one smaller, we lived in a large part, a room of about 80 m2 with its own kitchen. The rooms are clean.
The ticket was taken only with breakfast, lunch and dinner were prepared by themselves. Within walking distance of shops and a market.
From the cons to the sea 5 km. At 10 o'clock the free shuttle departs to the city beach, at 13 o'clock back. The beach is sand, the sea is clean.
If, suddenly, I'm going to the UAE again, I'll go there too.

If och. briefly - WORTHY!
Before I made the final choice in favor of this hotel, I was confused by the reviews, not always positive.
In fact, everything that is possible turned out to be absolutely positive - both the location, and the arrangement + comfort (including as a result of a successful renovation), and a full breakfast buffet, and of course the hotel staff itself, deserving the highest ratings!

A wonderful hotel if you are chewing on the last line, as there is an exit to the lawn and there is no one in front of your house. Breakfast was on site, lunch and dinner at a nearby restaurant. The shuttle service to the beach is free.
