A wonderful restaurant serving German cuisine.
It is very tasty and really similar to how it is cooked in Germany.
The beer is delicious, the service is pleasant.
Keep in mind that the portions are very impressive, we took one dish for two.

I was at the restaurant on October 15th. They didn't put me in the hall, they said that everything was booked, although there were seats. I sat on the veranda, ordered a knuckle, cooked for 50 minutes!! ((( at some point, the music was turned on, so that the interlocutor could not be heard. To the waiter's remark to make it quieter, they spread their hands and said "that's always the way", although they clearly made it much louder at some point. The waiters rarely go, and they are not friendly, they do as if they "fuck off".
The knuckle tasted very average, huge, the pitch, appearance and taste were extremely mediocre… No toasted crust.. in general, not once in German, but rather in Czech, in general, expectations were not met.
I'll give you a C minus for service and delivery.

The kitchen is super! The atmosphere is very German-like, just like in Germany. There are not many tables, as in some establishments, when you sit on each other's heads. It is quite free and comfortable to be. The prices are average in Almaty, not overpriced.

Very tasty meat. We took schnitzel and medallions, very recognizable, both in appearance and taste, the dish corresponds to what is served in Germany. There were also white cabbage and creamy sauce with horseradish. A rather narrow range of beer is compensated by beer cocktails, which is for an amateur .., not mine. Surprisingly, the wine list was good, the trocken was real, but served warm, which slightly worsened the impression. A magnificent strudel with cherries! Dry, airy. In total, the restaurant justifies the name of "German cuisine". It turned out to be about 18,000 tenge for two people: a little more than planned. I recommend that when Europe is closed, German or similar cuisine is served here.
