I have been subscribed to Dolce Travel on Instagram for a very long time, I always liked the presentation of information.
And so it was our turn to open visas, we contacted the agency and were very satisfied: all the girls in the office were pleasant, friendly, explained everything clearly, advised what and how best to open.We are very happy with the service, help and our agent Julia has always been in touch, supported and reassured, and here is the cherished Schengen in our passports! Now I only recommend them to all my friends.

I was on the "May Wonders of Sicily" tour. The organization of the tour is good, plus 24 hours of escort from Christina, a wonderful guide to Sicily - Xenia! And special thanks for completing the documents for the visa! I got an Italian one for a year!

I would not recommend this agency to anyone, especially for "author" tours. I have never had a worse tour from this agency. What they sell as "author tours" in Sicily itself are sold 2-3 times cheaper.
A separate story is the communication of their managers, who probably hear the word customer orientation for the first time and think if it's food. Super disregard attitude, to be honest, after this there is no desire to contact them at all and I do not recommend it to anyone, because if you think that you will save time and effort by contacting here, then everything will be just the opposite.
The tour program includes wine, olive and oil tasting in a picturesque place. in fact, we arrived at an ordinary store, where samples for tasting in small plastic cups are displayed for all people (meme expectation is reality). The tour program was changed the day before departure, then the program was also changed during the tour itself. They misled people from abroad.
An absolutely incompetent guide who misled about transport and buses, because of which I had to take a taxi for 120 euros, because the buses that she advised have not been running at all for six months.
A separate topic is an excursion to Etna: we were assured that the tour costs 100 euros if you buy it yourself, but they have all 300 excursions, then it turned out that we (a group of 20 people) will be taken only to a certain height and if we want it higher it is +70 euros. In Taormina (a town near Etna), they sell an excursion to the highest point of 90€ per person, if a group of 4 people or more, then 70€. So think about it.
The hotel is declared as a 4* in the tour, in fact: there was no WiFi, drinking water in the room on the first day (the road to Sicily was more than a day), there were problems with hot water. The breakfasts are very questionable. The rooms themselves are 3* by a stretch.
The cost of the tour, which is declared for them, can be safely divided by 2, or even by 3.
The flight was from Warsaw (Modlin), they didn't even tell me how to get there.
