The worst branch and bank in the country in terms of service level and speed. Of the 6 workplaces, 1-2, 30 minutes work for at least 1 person. Arriving 2 hours before closing time, you will not have time if there are 3-4 people in front of you. The consultant takes out a loan every hour, which adequate banks do online in 5 minutes. If you need a quick consultation or a simple operation, you will have to sit there for 3 hours...

I haven't been to this bank for a long time, and I noticed on a visit yesterday that the service and professionalism of the staff leaves much to be desired. At the checkout, the cashier just yelled at me because I didn't tell her what currency my card was in, but by the way, I'm completely unaware of what the cashier sees when I put the card to the terminal, and it's probably her responsibility to clarify what currency I withdraw money in. Basic courtesy , standards of service are forgotten here . Management should pay attention to this.

30.03 I wanted to hand over the currency, a large amount, there was no passport, the cashier in the 2nd window refused to accept even a smaller amount, documenting that she remembered me and would not change money without a document, even a small amount, the attitude towards customers is simply not what, I would like the bank's management to pay attention to the selection of staff.I called the bank, told them the situation, and I'm still waiting for an answer. I do not recommend this bank branch
