There are 3 available floors in the tower to visit, I recommend 148 because there is a cafe-lounge there. Tickets are not very expensive and most of all I advise you to take VIP tickets. The cafe at the exit is modest but not bad.The elevator is fast, not suitable for everyone. If you exclude a large number of people, then everything is cool!

We bought the most expensive tickets to the upper platform in the VIP area! The ticket price is horse-drawn, but it's worth it. You don't stand in queues, there is no jostling, very few people go up to the top. The ticket was bought not through a guide, but on dubaitickets, so it turns out much cheaper. We thought about taking vip tickets (140th floor), because they scared us with queues, but we didn't meet any queues, except when we went downstairs, but it also took 10 minutes. The best view, of course, opens at sunset, so I recommend to see what time sunset is on the day when you want to get up, and take a ticket for an hour and a half, you will have something to do, an interesting place and at the same time you will definitely not meet queues)

Huge queues spoil the whole impression. I recommend visiting only if you are ready to fork out for a VIP pass, otherwise get ready to spend about 2 hours in line.
It is not allowed with a baby carriage! It will have to be left in a nearby storage room.
The view is really beautiful, but the queues are very exhausting and really spoil the pleasure very much. We were lucky and the child and I were allowed to go back and forth without a queue after we had defended half there and half back. By the way, there is also a queue for descent :)

If I had known, I would have just looked at the Burj Khalifa from the outside, walked around the Dubai Mall and spent this money there, because it's not worth it. At first we stood in line for about an hour, and then we went out the door and saw exactly the same queue! We stood like that for an hour or two. We took the elevator, of which there are only 2, stood at a dirty window through which nothing is visible (glows). And to take a picture, you have to be such a lucky person, people just sit at the windows, don't take pictures, don't look at the view, just sit, don't take a picture because of them, ask them to get up, they will start yelling. Somehow, miraculously, we found a place there, took a picture and went back. And we see exactly the same queue as we stood up, only now it's like this down, we spent a lot of time and money in vain. We arrived at the hotel tired and annoyed because we had spent a lot of time on the road. In general, I don't recommend it, it's better to just look at it from the outside.

Tickets were taken back in Russia with a visit to the aquarium. If there are tickets, we got everywhere without queues and jostling.
We arrived at the Dubai Mall in advance, visited a candy store, ate ice cream, climbed the Burj Khalifa and finally visited the aquarium. It took a little over 6 hours, but the children were very happy😍
On the way back, we bumped into the subway (it was rush hour), but we couldn't take a taxi🤷♀️
