The cozy guest house where I have been vacationing for the last two years after arriving in Sukhum. Homemade breakfasts with delicious dishes!!! People put their hearts into cooking for tourists! I would like to share my impressions of my stay at the guest house with pleasure. A great place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city! Cozy rooms, cleanliness and order, friendly hosts, always ready to help and prompt. Delicious breakfasts, cooked with soul. And, of course, the excellent location of the guest house is a quiet and peaceful place. We spent an unforgettable time here and I can confidently recommend this guest house to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy the hospitality of the hosts. There is a spring with clean drinking water on site!

A great place to relax. Hospitable hosts, clean rooms, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, refrigerator, pleasant and cozy atmosphere. You can roast a barbecue in the yard, and you can take firewood absolutely free of charge. There is also a bar in the courtyard where you can buy both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks + a trampoline and a small pool. I recommend.

A cozy little hotel. Clean, polite, unobtrusive. The owners are very adequate people, they always helped as questions arose, for which I thank them very much. There is a cafe near the house that serves quite tasty food. I would stay at this hotel again. I recommend.

I liked it here, very kind and friendly hosts, there are breakfasts. For breakfast, porridge or cheese soup, dumplings, pancakes, sausage, cheese, bread, olives. This is the first time in Sukhum, so there is nothing to compare breakfasts with. Very tasty (they cook it themselves) ground with sugar feijoa. I took a few cans home, everyone liked it 😻 The rooms are well renovated, the room is not big, there is no battery, but the air conditioner works well 👌🏻 I did not like the fact that the toilet from the sewer stank very much, and even the air freshener did not help. The market is 7 minutes away, which is very convenient.

Economy class. We were settled on November 05, there is no heating. Split only. The lights were turned off. We're frozen. The breakfasts are delicious. The water pressure is good, the water is hot. The city center is within walking distance. There are no shops nearby. 15-20 minutes walk.

Great guest house, I really liked it! Super clean showers and toilets, which was important to me. There were practically no insects in the room, which is a plus. All amenities are available: a large communal kitchen with a pleasant balcony where you can drink coffee, two ironing boards with excellent irons. You can wash your clothes in the washing machine for free. There is a Wi-Fi connection.
Many thanks to the hosts Rezo and Sevil! We were so warmly welcomed and immediately accommodated, although we arrived before 12:00. Very pleasant hosts, responsive. All issues were resolved at once. Delicious khachapur and shish kebab can be ordered at the hotel! Thanks a lot to Nadezhda for the cleanliness and washing!
The location of the hotel is very convenient. There is a railway nearby. To the sea at a slow pace of 20 min. We walked slowly, enjoying nature and lovely Abkhazian houses, dreaming - that would be like this 😀

There are many pharmacies and shops.
A beautiful promenade surrounded by greenery, the sea is clean, there are few people. We rested body and soul. We would love to come back here again and recommend it to our friends!

We had a rest with a group from Belarus, in this guest house, as for me, it was cozy and comfortable enough, breakfasts were included, delicious soup and fig jam, thank you to the owners of Rezo and Seville for their hospitality. There is a bar on site with its own wine production, very tasty, there is a barbecue, tables with umbrellas and a spring with mountain water. The road to the sea is peculiar, but it didn't really matter as much as for us. The beach is pebbly.

Awesome breakfasts. Good wifi. Nice staff. The rooms are different, there are better ones, there are slightly more "Spartan" ones, but even the second ones are generally not bad. Your bathroom is in the room.

Nice rooms. Since we are not harmful people, we were moved into a new room) wonderful hosts, sincere, will always help. And what a delicious cuisine they have) the boats are the best in Sukhum. We walked to the sea for 12 minutes. There is a market and a bus station nearby, which helps a lot in getting around. I cried when I left Abkhazia. We will definitely come back many more times. Every trip is like going home. Always a warm welcome, well-groomed room, attention of the hosts and help with any questions and requests!
Comfort is necessary for a family holiday and it is certainly present here. There is everything you need in the rooms and in the house itself!
The location of the guest house is very convenient, everything is within walking distance, bakeries, market, supermarkets. The infrastructure is well developed!
It takes 10-15 minutes from the house to the embankment. This path will not seem boring to you, because along the way you will see the beauty of the streets, feel the aroma of fresh pastries (buns with feijoa, cinnamon) and plunge into the choice of a variety of local goods and necessary things.
In the next and subsequent years, we will definitely be here🌴🏞️🌊⛰️🙌 You will not find a higher level of attention, service and, importantly, a financial note

I liked everything in principle, but I think the rooms are small for 2.And thin walls, loud neighbors (I didn't like it).We made some concessions, thanks for that.The kitchen is large, there are tiles, dishes, a dining room, a balcony where you can sit and a summer playground.there is a trampoline for children.From the sea 1km somewhere.Yes, washing machine,hair dryer,iron,ironing board is +.The hostess 👍👍👍

We had a rest in August 2022. Friendly and kind hostess Svetlana, clean and comfortable rooms with air conditioning and good furniture, plumbing. There is a shared kitchen with cooking utensils. It is a 15-minute walk to the sea, near the market. The only drawback is the lack of balconies in the rooms.

The beach is 10 minutes away, as Sukhum is small. The room has a TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, shower, toilet. The bed is not very comfortable, double. The kitchen is on the 3rd floor. In order to spend the night, it is quite decent.
