I had to buy cream urgently at another store.
For the spoiled product, they were invited to come the next day and made a refund, because the dispenser was shooting oil with flakes, and the girl who accepted the refund in the store said about the opened cream, well, write a claim, but since you did not open it at the checkout and did not check it yourself, you will not be refunded and exchanged. 1️⃣Then why don't the cashiers warn you about it? They should not just ask if you want to open now, but say that if the buyer does not immediately check the quality and integrity of the product at the checkout, the store does not bear any further responsibility. 2 .Why don't the consultants themselves check whether they give the opened goods to customers or not?
