Everything is cool in this place, except the breakfast service
Great big room (we had comfort), a compliment from the hotel on the occasion of my husband's birthday, the pool is gorgeous, clean, is it open 23.00
Polite staff, everything is generally at a very good level
But here's breakfast....
The waiters seem to purposely serve people with children, just ignoring couples without children
We waited 40 minutes for a paid breakfast, coffee was included in this story, but we never got it
You won't get breakfast just like that, you have to run up to the bar 10 times, swear, find out, etc
. The whole mood was cruelly undermined
It is worth noting that the food itself was delicious, but all the other components greatly spoiled the perception
So do not go to breakfast if you do not want to be disappointed in the hotel and spoil your mood at the same time, for the spite of the day)

Overall, not a bad Hotel, there is a large swimming pool. Everything is standard. A big plus, a day from the moment of check-in, i.e. I stopped by at 15.00 and until 15.00 the next day. As usual, check-in is at 14.00 and check-out is at 12.00.

We were given the keys to the room in which someone else lived. That is, we could enter the room in which other people's things... I wonder if yours could have come in like that too?
They gave us a smoky room with a child. The ashes were in the bedside table and between the bedside table and the bed...
The whole carpet is covered in hair. Well, we had a baby mat with us... but still, sometimes the daughter crawled out onto the hairy carpet and had to take off the long hair from the child... Well, phew. Can't the hotel afford a vacuum cleaner?
We haven't taken out the trash in a few days. There are tea bags, cups, sugar in the room, but no kettle.
There was someone's hair in the bathroom in the word. The drain did not drain well ... the water has been standing for a long time.
The linen and towels are worn out, there are holes (I don't care about that=, but suddenly it's important to someone.)
The hair dryer in the room did not work.
Breakfast is very monotonous. There are no fruits or vegetables.. mono food is obtained (pancake + omelet + tea or coffee to choose from). You can't eat like that. Nothing will happen in a couple of days, but it's still better to have a balanced menu. By the way, it was the most meager breakfast in the entire long-term experience of eating breakfast in hotels))
Is this a 4 star level. Or is 4 stars just a sweet fantasy to deceive tourists?

An extremely controversial hotel. The food from the Boatswain's establishment, if for money, is acceptable, and if breakfast is included in the room rate, the horror is of the last resort. The rooms are clean, there is a kettle, tea bags, no mugs.. the furniture in the room looks normal, but if you pull the door handle, it tends to fall off. Pool : the water is clean, warmed up, and the approach to the pool is made of paving slabs, all the dirt from the feet is in the inlet. And everything is somehow either good or through the way they usually say when it's bad

Probably the best hotel in the city of Kapchagai. Good cuisine. There are 2 saunas. The rooms are always clean. The staff is friendly. The surrounding landscape is in stark contrast to this hotel, which even has very beautiful elevators.

Minus only the girl at the reception. The pool is clean, the room is spacious, the food is delicious. Everything would be fine if the boorish administrator Anastasia hadn't spoiled the mood. To her with respect - please be kind, she is brazenly rude, well, what can you do, her level is the bottom. But the Administration immediately solved the problem that this Anastasia could not solve for 4 hours. The Administration number is on green stickers (at the entrance and on the bathroom mirror), everything was decided within 5 minutes. By the way, she refused to give me a phone number. Thank you to the administration for the quick response!)))

In principle, the hotel is not bad, but the service is just a nightmare!
At the reception, the girl is friendly at the beginning, as everyone handed over the room keys, who are you, you can't go into the pool, although they said before check-in that it would be possible without problems. We just wanted to have breakfast (of course not for free). Conclusion, I'm not going back there anymore!
