The company is not loyal to its "potential" customers. They have not been able to connect the Internet in the center of Vitebsk for about half a year. The contract was concluded, the cord was connected to the apartment, but the modem was enough. After 3 months, the master came and said there was nowhere to connect you, the issue is being resolved — in 4 days we will put an additional one. We will provide the equipment and fuel. A month later, silence. I clarify myself, but they lie to me that I refused the Internet. As a result, they contacted me and said that they would not connect me, you need an additional one. As I understand it, no one is going to spend equipment for the sake of one client. The desire to become your client has disappeared along with your unwillingness to solve issues.

Very upset. Managers are inattentive. I passed the roller, the cords. Everything was paid for. I turned off the Internet and cable. As a result, a month later comes a malicious letter about the non-payment for cable. The managers turned off the Internet, but the cable was not turned off. They didn't even ask me about one personal account or two. The most real carelessness. They sit there, almost asleep, as if there are no clients and no work. Very inattentive, which is why this unpleasant incident happened. It's not about payment and it's not about money. It was unpleasant, as if a malicious violator of some kind. I will definitely not go to this salon anymore.

You can't get through to technical support, when you call number 150, the answer is constantly "check the number you are calling" and on rare occasions when you manage to get through, a robot answers, which can't help and hangs up.
