Full bottom! (it took me a long time to find the right word) It's about the Car Wash. After its repair, I was here 5 times ... ALL 5 TIMES THE SINK WAS TURNED OFF FOR 20 minutes. This is especially wonderful during the winter! I do not know what people were thinking when they put it into operation, but this is the Pa-Belarusku service in all its glory. You stand in line for 20 minutes, you wash the car for 3 minutes - the car wash turns off. People are standing (for the first time, they don't understand anything). After 10 minutes, an employee comes out sooo slowly with his hands in his pockets and throws: "Wait." Well, of course we will expect, because the cars are not washed, many are in foam, which "very well" affects the paintwork. It takes about 20 more minutes, 3 employees are already standing and watching how one works. They're laughing. "Let's turn it on now." After 15 minutes, the "now" came. The employee asked how much time was left. I answer: "2 minutes." However, this does not mean that this is all. I just finished the first program. They turn on the sink. I apply foam, I stand waiting for at least a couple of minutes. "You have one more minute," then the sink closes for 20 minutes. "What!?" I ask. - yes. Oh, aren't you done? Well, wait another 20 minutes for the foam to work. Then I exploded, paid extra, washed it off with water and left faster. result. FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR AT THE SINK, the car was still standing all just frozen (although they came on purpose while it was warm) NO APOLOGIES, not to mention some kind of compensation in addition to the inclusion of exactly the time that they themselves took away. I can wash the car for 30 rubles, it's not about saving money. I was in a good mood, I decided to stop by. Refueled in 2016. I will never go to at least this miserable gas station again, and even more so the car wash. It's just a horror, not a service.

The staff is not responsive, they respond to questions as if they were in a rural store. Once the Wi-Fi did not work, they did not respond to the request to fix it. Another time, it seemed to them that the visitors understood how everything worked for them. When asked where to get the newly paid coffee, they snorted, saying that you don't know?. A smile, a good day or a happy journey is not included.

I often use contactless car wash services. Almost 6 rubles in 10 minutes, you can choose with or without a brush. The room has a very pleasant atmosphere, you can even buy a barbecue and rent a bike!

We stopped at this gas station for the last time! We ordered a hot dog, when paying we were told not to add mustard (the person is allergic to it), as a result, the guy who made the hot dog had already managed to add sauces when we were reminded once again that there was no mustard and handed us a hot dog with the words "well, I already did."
