Hello! While in Abkhazia, I bought a SIM for 200 rubles, paid a tariff for 500 rubles, and it turned out to be 250 on the balance. It turns out that connecting to the tariff costs another 250 rubles. They refused to refund the funds for the unused tariff. I do not recommend this company. The girl in the office (Pitsunda) refused to connect the SIM card at all, referring to lunch. Although the graph on the door says "without interruption". Here is such a service. Draw conclusions, friends!
