Iron, ironing board and water cooler on the floor. The breakfasts are good, there is a lot of delicious and varied. The bottleneck is a coffee machine, a queue of mugs constantly accumulates near it and an employee, special thanks to her, patiently, remembering everyone makes coffee on the "baby". I recommend installing several larger vending machines, this will relieve the coffee and tea area. A small heated swimming pool allows you to swim even in October. Thanks for the rest.

Были зимой сразу после нг, очень приятно удивлены уровнем сервиса в этом отеле, уровень крепких 4х звёзд в Турции. Очень стильно внутри- цветовая гамма, украшения, даже ароматы. Номера идеально чистые, ремонт ещё достаточно бодрый, оснащение номера выше всяких похвал, есть и чайная станция и халаты, тапочки, все необходимые косметические средства, вода в стеклянном графине, на этажах куллеры. На рецепшн крайне профессиональные сотрудники. Особо отмечу матрас, подушки, постельное белье, все просто отличного качества. В стоимость (весьма приемлемую, судя по соседним отелям) входил завтрак и ужин, завтраки домашние, оч вкусные, кофе машина не работала, на ужине устроили праздник абхазских блюд, с малылыгой, с чачей👌 На улице чистый бассейн с подогревом, очень комфортной температуры. Про вид с балкона даже и писать нечего, приложу фото. Однозначно ещё вернёмся именно сюда P.S. да, под окнами веселая кафешка(но вроде приличная) музыка орет, но при закрытых дверях окнах не сильно слышно, но кому критично стоит иметь ввиду. I really liked the hotel, clean rooms, cleaning every day, clean towels (only bed linen was not changed), a separate plus is food, the choice is small, but there is a variety, every dish is really delicious, everything is cooked with love! There are holidays, we stayed on the day of the liberation of Gagra, there were snacks and chacha on the table, a saxophonist played during dinner. The hotel has a warm heated pool, there were few people in the pool, you can swim in peace, there is a bar by the pool, the prices are reasonable. The staff at the cafe is friendly) We also got a great room on the 7th floor, stunning views of the mountains and the sea, this, of course, influenced the first impression! There was music playing in the cafe nearby in the evenings, which created a festive atmosphere🙂 The only disadvantage for us, as coffee lovers, is one coffee machine and coffee only for breakfast. We had to stand in line for coffee, to be more precise, there were mugs in the queue that we left and the employee was already pouring coffee when our turn came. We hope the hotel will resolve this issue🙂 Overall, a great hotel, which we will definitely return to if we are in Abkhazia, I give 5 stars!
