We stopped by the Ritz on the way, our guide advised us very much. they came, security, administrators, managers, even at the reception - everyone's mines are sour! It's just disgusting, it was worth leaving at that moment. but we decided to try our luck and sat down at the table. The waiter Alexander kindly accepted our order and left. we ordered the simplest dishes: Caesar with chicken and Khachapur is the simplest. Something terrible has been brought. this Caesar for 500-600 rubles is simply impossible to eat. the Caesar sauce itself was not in the salad, but there was a bunch of lettuce leaves, dry tasteless chicken, even cherry tomatoes and inedible crackers were not cut. they asked the waiter to redo it, after which they brought the same thing with a bigger pile of salad. the mood was spoiled, I was already angry, the young man was upset. I expressed all my complaints, to which the waiter Alexander giggled with his colleague IN FRONT of ME and threw us a checkbook with the bill.

I worked in catering myself and remember - it doesn't matter what kind of landing you have, how many current orders and what the guest looks like. for that kind of money, you could at least communicate politely and smile. the guests bring you money, they want to have a delicious meal and get good impressions. and you giggle in their faces and cook disgusting dishes.
I don't advise anyone, it's just disgusting
p.s. Khachapur was also terrible. in Adler, the same khachapur was more expensive by 100 rubles, tastier and better

We stopped by on the way back from the lake.Ritsa, we have never regretted it. We ordered meat and vegetables on the grill. The pork was the most tender, the vegetables were divine. I also really enjoyed walking around the area, along the glass bridge and enjoying the views of the mountains. We highly recommend it!

Gazebos where you can have a delicious meal overlooking the river are a little poorly located. But if you are not uncomfortable with tourists passing by the bridge, and you treat such establishments as street cafes (in terms of city life with passers-by), then this place deserves your attention.

You can forgive their possible arrangements, because the cafe is really delicious, the prices are reasonable, the portions are quite large and beautifully decorated. Try borscht. There are locations where you can take pictures like a glass bridge.

The restaurant is located in a very picturesque place, on the banks of a mountain river! We stopped for a snack on the way from Lake Ritsa. The cuisine generates its variety of dishes and drinks. Everything is very tasty, fragrant and beautiful serving! As it should be in the Caucasus!
The waiters are neat and attentive, help to choose a dish, give full information about it.
The snack lasted for three hours! We couldn't take our eyes off the mountain river, rocks and nature! The restaurant has open verandas, gazebos, where we had lunch, enjoying the food and wonderful views of Abkhazia!

We stopped at the Ritz on the way. 10 a.m. They have a meeting... not even to approach, they searched for themselves and asked who would serve.. In total, they said to wait... We sat down... We waited until the meeting was over...and even after him, no one. They began to leave...along the way, everyone turns away. We were trying to find a waiter...we came to the first one - I handed the menu right through the aisle with a sour phrase - you're paid, look at me, but we don't have breakfast... They returned it and left. The prices are horse-drawn, the service is at zero. Only pathos!!!!! I do not advise you to spoil the mood and stop by. Until the approach to the client changes for sure!!!

A restaurant worth visiting. We drove frozen after the Ritz (March 10), sat us down at a table next to the fireplace. The staff is very attentive. Yes, the prices are closer to Moscow, but it's worth it, the service is good, the food is delicious. I took a salad and trout branded with seafood and a glass of chacha for warming, it came out about 2500 rubles. The trout is very tasty, tender, the sauce is delicious, shrimp, mussels, squid. A friend had a doctor, so she was given a dessert with a candle as a gift. She ordered shish kebabs for the plateau company (various meats, vegetables), it was delicious, but we just ate too much. They wrapped everything up for us, and the next day we ate everything perfectly at the sea under the sunset.
So I would like to come back here and try other dishes))

Among the advantages: good views, fairly fast service.
Everything else is like that. The administrator almost rudely pointed out where we can go, where not, allocated a table in the aisle near the stairs, inconvenient. We moved ourselves.
The food is ordinary, nothing special at all.
Well, as a great conclusion, the next day after the evening meal in this place, my stomachs ached.
I don't even know directly, the first visit to Abkhazia and such an experience. Sadness.

The territory is on the street inside. What do we have on the street? Well, the bridge. Useless, since everything is in old condition and it is, for a moment, glass. What can we see? Nothing, because it's broken or just all worn out and dirty. That's just how they put it, so it stands without maintenance. Not the point. A review about the restaurant. The waiter came. Well, it was obvious from the face that we came personally to her house on Saturday at 8 a.m. I accepted the order. Did she ask the order of the dishes? No. Why?! We carry everything in a row. Therefore, drink coffee first, then eat. The coffee is terrible. I asked for coffee separately, milk separately and sugar separately. Have you listened to it? Of course not)) they immediately mixed it and brought as much as one package of sugar. You can't count on more. The liver.. Mmm, wet, dry. And also, a trick! They just warmed it up and threw some kind of overcook. The meat followed the same pattern. Then they carried the bill for us for 20 minutes. Washing your hands in a restaurant today is cold water outside without soap and napkins. A slaughter house on the street, which is not cleaned, toilet paper is not put in, and there is no hot water and soap. In general, a roadside cafe for those who are traveling towards the sights. Have a clean bite and run away.

I didn't have to eat, I can't estimate it, but I can say that all the tables are occupied, that's saying something. I liked the place itself, I can see the work of professionals, it's a pity that the glass bridge is already worn down by the feet of tourists, but still it causes an adrenaline rush. A building in the form of a ship is being built nearby, I think it will be put into operation by next year.

His portion is like for a chickadee. The trout was good, but cold. The Khachapur boat was the only thing that was warm. There was no Sukhumi beer. The waiter offered to replace it with dark, which dark he did not say. As a result, the cheapest goat. I don't recommend it. Other people in the group also complained about the food and the service.
