It should be borne in mind that there is nothing to do on foot there in the district. We really liked the hotel, it's convenient to get anywhere by car from this point. Our room was 150 sq.m. with a large balcony-everything was clean, neat, serviceable, although the table on the balcony was broken (the bolt was unscrewed and the table wobbled until you sat down at it-imperceptibly) - the staff fixed everything very quickly. And in general, they are very nice and responsive.

In this residence, my three children and my wife and I waited out the quarantine after COVID-19. The staff is very helpful here, they will always help and provide the necessary services. There is a small grocery store on the ground floor. Its assortment is quite enough to cover the needs. The area is new and is still being actively built up. The apartments here have a set of dishes, including pans and pots. All household appliances. It is also cleaned daily. Far from a luxury, but quite acceptable.

So-so hotel. Furniture, appliances are old. We came across a broken toaster. At the same time, half of the outlets were de-energized. When checking in, check the equipment and immediately notify the administration if something is wrong. The bath flowed. There's a lot of water on the floor after the shower. When cleaning, the dishes are washed randomly, as if they were just rinsed with water. There is no sponge for dishes, there is no detergent either.
