The length of the pool seems to be an honest 25 meters. The water in the pool is warm (sometimes it even seems too warm - but the legs do not cramp during a long swim). But it's cloudy - I hope they have everything in order with the cleaning system. It doesn't smell like bleach, which is great (it doesn't smell like anything at all).
I use a subscription on weekends (Saturday, Sunday) - there is always a free path to swim my 1.5 - 2 km. In the locker room, drawers with electronic bracelet locks are convenient, as everywhere else in normal places. There is a sauna in the shower (in the men's room - exactly 100%).
On a weekend evening, there are sometimes very few people - at least swim diagonally.
The cap is mandatory - but I think it's not a problem at all.

An excellent complex before that went to the CSKA pool on Abaya-Rozybakieva. The difference is huge, CSKA is just terrible in comparison. The only disadvantage of Abylai Khan is that in the morning it is not an option to drink tea or coffee after training. The only institution that can provide this is just opening at 9 o'clock. I went to them, waited 20 minutes for a cappuccino, brought cold Americano with milk 🤦
