I really can't believe that I chose the best hotel in St. Petersburg. I enjoyed my stay and found a lot of distinguished treatment from brother / Hussam as he is the best and I was helped and guided about the city and he was my translator and always smiling and passionate and loves his work and helping the guests and I thank the receptionist Ms. / Svetlana for her treatment and smile and welcoming me and I will visit the city of St. Petersburg in the future and I will repeat the visit to the hotel and the hotel is beautiful in terms of the room and breakfast 👏🏾❤️

We deeply relaxed in this wonderful environment. Every little detail was taken care of, and the room we stayed in was absolutely gorgeous. The chef here is a food artist, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Definitely the best place I've stayed in Russia, and in my top picks in the world. Special thanks to Nikolai & Svetlana at reception, and also Susanna, Yegor, Sonya, Vitaly and Aleksei at the bar.

The hotel is renovated recently, and everything looks luxurious, clean and new. The Rooms are outrageously beautiful and modern, with all the amenities you will ever need, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The location is wonderful, as at night is super quite and you can sleep soundly, and at night you can reach any where walking with 15-20 minutes. The employees are wonderful and very helpful, and specifically Mr. Hossam, who show us to our room and help us with everything we requested at the check in and he even give us guidance on what to do and where to eat and how is the easier way to go reach some places, he is a Super Star. We stayed for 4 nights in September, one of the nights we had an issue with the AC and they handle it very well and moved us to a different room to continue our sleep. The only downside will be the long stairs up and down from our room every day, as the elevator was not working at that time, however, they were working on it when we were staying there, so i am guessing once they fix it, there are no excuse not to stay here for your next visit to St. Petersburg, it is highly recommended
