ACBA Bank is the worst bank of all the banks I have had to deal with.
Foolishly, I opened a foreign currency account in dollars at this bank and received a VISA card. I signed an agreement with the bank, according to which I was supposed to be charged 1% for withdrawing money from the card. 6 months ago, the bank decided to take 3% instead of 1%. This was done without my consent.
I wonder why these robbers decided to take 3% instead of 10 or 50%? What is this, if not a robbery in broad daylight?
I wish the bank to go bankrupt as soon as possible. I will certainly close my account in this thieves' office. I don't advise anyone to deal with these thieves.
As for the work of the bank's branch on Raffi Street, it should be added that here customers have to sit for hours waiting for their turn.
ACBA Bank is the last bank of those banks in which it is worth keeping your money. I'm sorry that you can't give it zero stars.

This is the fourth time I have been using a mastercard. The first is document verification, the second is registration, and the third... receiving... But that was not the case! The ticket office is open until 16.30 and it is no longer possible to pay for the card after this time. They didn't even warn me. I came again, for the fourth time, I've been sitting for the second hour just to pick up the finished card! People have a lot of time and they don't appreciate other people's time. In Moscow time, receiving a card takes 3 minutes, you don't even need to come to the bank, and then they come up with a job to justify their existence.

Disgusting branch (I don't know how things are in the bank as a whole or in other branches). On February 5, I came to apply for a visa card. I had to wait in line for a very long time and after they accepted me, it turned out that I needed a social card. I went to issue it, returned to the bank, and eventually stood in line again to find out - they don't issue a card without a residence permit, they came to go for a document confirming my address. I stood in line for the third time and sort of handed over the documents, they said that in 3-4 business days the card would be ready and I would receive an SMS. I had to leave on February 15th, and since I didn't receive an SMS until the 13th inclusive, I got up and went to the bank. I will skip those moments when I came and because of the long queue I did not stay and left. In general, on the 13th, the employee told me that the card was not ready, since I handed over the documents on the 11th. I.e. it turns out that my documents had been lying for 6 days before they were processed. After explaining the situation to her that I was leaving in 2 days, she assured me that I would be contacted before my departure and I would receive a card. As a result, no one called. I left and returned on March 19th. I go to the bank, the card is ready, I try to get it, they tell me since there is no registration in the passport, we cannot issue the card. I say that I have provided a residence permit. To which the employee tells me that they do not have such information. I tell her your employee made a copy of my passport, to which she replies that there is no information in the computer and she cannot give me a card. In general, I tell her that I don't need the card and you can destroy it. If the bank has such disregard for personal data of customers, where is the guarantee that this data, for example, the card number and CVV code will not fall into the hands of third parties??? So the further away from this bank, the better.
P.S. There are a lot of employees in the bank, but instead of working, they chat with each other and on the phone.
