When it comes to health, you need trust and good service. We had our baby here and our birth doctor was from this hospital. He is certainly the best. There is no other doctor I would trust as much as him. The stay was extremely pleasant even though hospital stays are never that. The food was also great. I would also recommend the Cafe A Plus on the ground floor. They have some good selection. They also provide room service.

I applied to the emergency department at 00:1 on the night of December 11, 2024, and they just checked my blood pressure, and then they took me to another room outside the emergency department inside, called the treatment room.They are doing this practice in the emergency department because they cannot charge the patient.As a result of the doctor's examination, I had to wait exactly 35 minutes for the serum to be inserted.I was kept waiting for a long time for a procedure to be performed in 5 minutes, after my patient got stuck, for 45 minutes, no attendant came and never checked my condition, and I even had to inform that the serum was finished.A very high-quality campus is also such irresponsibility, indifference, a very strange situation considering the popularity of the hospital and the cost of treatment.Everything seems to be there, but the attention of the medical staff is, unfortunately, deplorable.I specifically specified the date and time so that maybe they will kindly take care of it, but I see it as a hospital where I don't think about getting services again
