Which was good
The room is fully equipped with everything you need: bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, dishes, iron, washing machine, excellent Internet, air conditioning, microwave, refrigerator, induction 2-burner stove. I went to the grocery store and went ahead. But you can't bake pies - there's no oven. And - and there is no juicer - grenades to press on the juice.
Everything is cleaned all the time - there were no questions; washing, cleaning in the room itself - on request - it was more convenient for us personally - I didn't want someone to clean or move something without us.
All issues are being resolved. I need to print something out - please, call a taxi - please, extra pillows - please. They even asked for an umbrella for the beach, and they gave it to them (it was a personal umbrella of a hotel employee). Grocery stores - nearby - of several retail chains. Bus stops are within walking distance and you can get to any part of the city with a minimum of transfers. Even nearby is walking distance - the stop where the city bus goes to the airport - we went from the airport on this bus. However, to do this, you need to know the city and understand the structure of public transport. To the line of beaches - 6-8 minutes at a steady pace. There is no free beach of its own. The beach is medium-sized pebbles, immediately deep. Foam, an umbrella and corals will not hurt - barefoot without preparation is not very comfortable. I'll be happy to come back again, if finances allow.
What was wrong
At night, the mosque will be heard - with the windows open - but it can be heard throughout the area - it is quite large, like a district, central (I apologize to Muslims if the wording is not quite correct). Therefore, it doesn't matter which side of the window you choose, it won't help. There will also be something like an improvised overnight parking for intercity buses nearby, but the drivers are quiet, clean, and do not cause any concern - no noise or exhaust from the buses. They stand from evening to morning - well, they stand.

Terrible hotel, disregard for tourists, absolute disrespect
We booked 2 triple rooms in this hotel for two families with children, but upon arrival we were offered one double and one 3-bed, they offered to "somehow spread the beds"
To our explanations that this does not suit us, because we paid for 2 separate triple rooms, we threw up our hands
They still returned the money to us, and my children and I rode a taxi with suitcases in the heat (which is not very cheap in Turkey) and looked for another hotel, there were no places in the hotels, we checked into a much more expensive hotel, it was a terrible day

Cozy hotel + apartments, friendly hosts and staff, excellent breakfast, 400m to a well-maintained city beach. Close to shops, weekly market, city bus, to Migros M5 15min. walk
