A large spacious house, wonderful and hospitable hosts.
A big advantage: two kitchens on the street (summer and winter) - very convenient when accommodating a large group.
To the sea - 5 minutes
Convenience stores are within walking distance.

We stayed here with a large company for the New Year holidays (2019-2020). I liked it, it's not bad for Abkhazia.
Three clean toilets. Hot water tends to run out quickly, so after 2-3 people you have to wait until it heats up. There is a large kitchen, it is cool in winter, but they gave us a heater. It was a big table, so the whole company got in. There are a lot of common dishes.
