The old building is located in the center of Sukhum, on the ground floor there is a pharmacy, a notary, a bookstore, a toy store and more. Opposite there are two attractions that are mandatory to visit: the Botanical Garden and the Russian Drama Theater (theater repertoire, professional troupe). The real "House with a clock" is the current Administration of the city with very interesting passages inside. The floors are wooden. There is a guest house in the courtyard of this building, ready to receive guests at any time of the year (sorry for the tautology).

An ancient building that would inspire respect if it were not for the destroyed buildings in the city as a whole. In principle, it is worth visiting for vacationers in this city!
