LLC "ADRAJANNE" carried out construction work on the repair of floors in the building of the Vitebsk Regional Philharmonic State Institution. Unskilled personnel, as well as the tools available to the Contractor, did not allow them to perform the declared work efficiently. In addition, the Contractor violated the deadlines for providing documentation, did not respond to requests and comments in any way, and more than once deviated from the terms of the contract. During the acceptance of the work by the Customer, defects were discovered, about which the Contractor was duly notified with a request to eliminate them, but did not take any action, after which the Customer was forced to contact the forensic expert board for an examination. The expert commission concluded that the work on laying linoleum and sanding parquet floors was not performed qualitatively, did not meet the requirements of technical regulations, with defects: the wooden flooring after sanding has traces of the work of grinding mechanisms; the coating does not have a plain surface, there are stains, etc.
