And recently we were generally pleased: we updated the women's locker room, and even in our favorite olive color💚

I would like to express my gratitude to the management of the gym for the wonderful transformation: the tightening of exercise equipment, painting the walls in the gym, in the women's locker room (convenient rearrangement of lockers, repairs in the shower, a very pleasant color of the walls, creating a positive mood). There is already a New Year's atmosphere in the hall. The coaches are professionals in their field. A comfortable environment for training. For half a year, the hall has changed for the better and continues to change. Thank you so much for the work done!!!

I've been going to this gym for 4 years now. He has always been distinguished by a very homely atmosphere! And recently, the management has taken up the task of improving the interior - this is very encouraging. It has become lighter, more modern, and visually cleaner. As a designer, it is important for me that everything is beautiful, so I appreciated the changes in particular. Here you can see how important it is for the management to improve the hall, not to stand still. They even change the locks in our locker room to electronic ones - it's very convenient, now no one will accidentally take down my key)))

I really like this room! It's very big and there are a lot of exercise equipment. On weekdays after work, when there are a lot of people, it's still NOT crowded and comfortable to study. I take off one star for group classes. Coach Galina is often late for classes, and the rooms themselves are kind of empty, I want a more relaxing atmosphere.

Good coaching staff. There is a rehabilitation coach who helps to recover from injuries. There is a doctor who will give you a referral for an MRI scan and help you recover. The renovation of the premises was done in the summer.

Last night I visited this gym for the first time, before that I studied in Gym24, there were never any problems with the administrators) Here at the reception they were met rather unpleasantly ... all questions were answered reluctantly, we had to drag out every word, the time of arrival in the hall was completely different, the sediment from the visit remained unpleasant, although I liked the trial training (the administrator did not let me in and threatened to cancel the subscription). The service blocked all the positive aspects of visiting the hall. Please consider this issue.

Today they came to our gym after the updates and it's waaaaa! The hall began to look stylish and thanks to a cool idea with ribbon lighting in the arches, it seems much more spacious. Many thanks to everyone who made such a beauty! The atmosphere there is already super, thanks to our coaches and visitors to the gym, but now it pleases the eye even more!

On the positive side: there are all the necessary equipment and simulators. negative aspects: 1.The room is on the ground floor, there is no natural light, poor mobile connection. 2. There is no soap in the men's room and shower during 10 classes, although there was a request to pour it. 3. The equipment is too old, the hall is worn out. 4. The receptionists are not always friendly. 5. There is no place to warm up, you are always in the way of someone. 6. It is difficult to approach the main cable simulator, there is a constant queue. 7. There is no pear in the public domain. 8. They often give lockers next to people who came together, although there are free locker rooms on the other side. 9. Parking is difficult.

A nice price for subscribers, a good website and application. You can always quickly view the time of group training and sign up for a class. I really liked the classes with Lyudmila Konoplyanik and Vladimir Stepanenko. It is a pity that they had to be temporarily interrupted. The atmosphere in the groups is very positive)

Be prepared that you will hear mats from some coaches in communication, the gym and showers are dirty.
The cleaning is very bad.
The simulators are all old.
But there is no alternative nearby.
The prices do not correspond to the institution.
The same Gym24 is a head taller and cheaper, but it is not nearby ...

I've been going to this club for about six months - and I'm very happy. There are all the necessary simulators for all muscle groups, dumbbells, mats. There are group classes for those who wish.
I work out personally with coach Anatoly Terekhin - a true professional in my field. In six months, I managed to lose weight and noticeably improve my body shape. I became stronger and more resilient. Anatoly makes every workout varied so that you don't get bored, take care that everything is done correctly and without harm to your health. He is also a certified nutritionist and gives me advice on proper nutrition in order to achieve my goals. Well, in general, training is always fun - you can always chat along the way and go to the gym not as a job, but as a vacation for the benefit of yourself and your body.

Overall, it's not bad. Cons - a lot of people on weekdays in the evenings, all cardio equipment does not work. It is ideal to practice on weekdays in the morning or on weekends.

I am an engineer by profession. Over time, like many people who lead a sedentary lifestyle, I began to suffer from severe pain in the lumbar region and thoracic back. It was absolutely unbearable to work.
After long trips to various rehabilitation centers, which did not give any result, fortunately, a year ago I got to classes with coach Ilya Rybinsky. And that was my best decision.
After a few months of training, I forgot about the back pain. From the word at all! The workouts immediately surprised me with their variety and atmosphere in the gym, which motivates you to try and train further.
The excess weight that had been haunting me all my life was finally a thing of the past, along with back pain. Now I am the proud owner of the best posture in my life.
A year ago, I could not imagine that I would go through such a path from back pain to registration for my first half marathon!
Once again, many thanks to Ilya Rybinsky for changing my life so abruptly! And in general, I note that there is a very cool team in the gym engaged in wellness fitness.
P.S. Guys, your healthy body is much closer to you than you think.
