I have been to many halls in Minsk, the Adrenaline network is very pleasing, you can see the interest in making it really comfortable to train, polite staff and coaches, a sauna, which is a huge plus, the only thing that I personally really lack is crossfit zones, rings, horizontal bars, bars, which is not critical, but really not there is enough, plus if you walk after 17-18 hours, then be prepared that there are a lot of people in the hall and people reading the review, please unload the simulators behind you, there are a lot of fans who leave pancakes of 10-20 kg on the simulator and do not understand whether it is busy and a person is walking somewhere, then Lee just left the pancakes.But of all the halls in the Kamennaya Gorka area, this is 100% top 1

I recently visited the fitness center and was very satisfied. The atmosphere was friendly and motivating, and the equipment was modern and varied. Cleanliness in the gym and locker rooms. I've been going to this gym for over a year. Before that, I changed a lot of halls. The atmosphere here is amazing, the coaches will always help and tell you if you are doing the exercises correctly. I haven't seen such small lockers anywhere like in this gym, since I was at the first trial session at a group training session, I can't say anything about the gym itself, but we didn't have enough equipment for a large number of people in the gym, namely dumbbells with different weights....Either you need to sign up fewer people, or you need to buy additional inventory.
I was also struck by the indifference of the receptionist, they usually show you where to go, and you won't go there to the right under the stairs, despite the fact that I said it was my first time in this hall.

Poor ventilation, lack of windows, rude coaches on duty, constant rearrangements of equipment, a sauna that is constantly closed for repairs, smelly and uncleaned toilets (of course, it depends on people, but the administration doesn't care about the stink and sanitation) and showers - all this awaits you in adrenaline on Nemanskaya. The hall has deteriorated with the arrival of a new leadership that turns a blind eye to existing problems. "It used to be better" is a great description of the current gym environment. He was one of the best adrenaline junkies in the city, but alas, he's gone.
There was a situation with a female trainer where I went over to ask how long the simulator would be busy, so they looked at me from a high position and answered "half an hour." Apparently, if I don't pay the gym for a personal workout, I'm considered undesirable. 🤷♂️
In general, the hall leaves much to be desired. I would advise you to think about buying a subscription here several times.

Intermittently non-functioning air conditioner and drinking water faucet, extremely narrow lockers in the women's locker room (not an empty backpack may not fit). Victoria and Elizabeth's training sessions are the level of home charging. For circuit training, the load was minimal. Understood’ that everyone's training is different, but you can somehow divide the training according to the degree of intensity. Upset me’ that if the exercise was obviously not performed correctly, the technique was not corrected. And it feels like there are mirrors installed in the group class room that slim down, as happens in fitting rooms.

I started working out with personal trainer Konstantin a month ago: it's a pleasure. It gives me a load that I can handle, and I feel 200% better after classes! Cons: Although there is a sauna, it does not work very well (the thermometer is not working properly and if it is scheduled to work from 17:00, then if you go in at 18:00, it will be cold).
The shower room is generally a sore subject:
The shower is always dirty, you can see it in the photo, plus sometimes it stinks of sewage.
To the administrator's remark on this problem twice – the problem was not solved, to my great regret, if there is no reaction to the review – I will have to look for another gym, since for me personally it is important to go after a hard workout not into a smelly dirty shower and be nervous, but into a clean shower and relax!

A comfortable room, there is something to compare it with. It is spacious enough, there is a large selection of simulators, there are no faulty or too "tired" ones on which you pray that you will not die under you. Polite administrators, clean changing rooms, and the bathroom always has the necessary facilities. I didn't have any questions, I like everything.

Very good conditions for classes. You can choose any day and time of classes. Payment is for a visit, which includes both a gym and group classes, as well as a sauna. Changing rooms with showers, toilet, there are 2 hair dryers. The coaches in the group classes are all professional, attentive, very good. In the gym there is a large selection of exercise equipment for both cardio and strength training, there is filtered drinking water from the tap. A small minus is that the lockers in the locker room are very narrow and it is not very convenient to change clothes when there are a lot of people.

The staff and clients are very friendly.
The locker room is not the most spacious, it also gets very stuffy on a summer day.
In general, the hall is excellent, not without disadvantages, but there are many times more advantages.

Doing something on them, even without weight, is not very convenient. You need to pull your knees under you so that your feet don't touch the ground. If you don't have enough and something needs to be hung on your belt. Forget it. The bench press bars are not adjustable. If you don't have enough long arms, you won't be able to practice on them. Although there are adjustable bench press bars on the same Railway. It's not clear discrimination.
The cardozone is large. But I don't use it and I don't take it into account in my review.
I go to the gym on Derzhinsky Street, although I live in the Kuntsevo region. I was glad that a new gym had opened. (dirty and impetuous Evolution on Kolesnikov does not count) But unfortunately, the simulators I need are very specific.
I would like to mention instagram and the site itself separately. There are almost no photos of gyms and gyms. If you don't come in person. It is very difficult to understand what kind of simulators are there. Ads of all kinds. They are not posted at all or are posted only on the site. There are some strange posts about promotions on Instagram. News like the hall will not work there is not placed.

As a result, it turned out that she indicated the number of the girl's locker, and this is MY LOCKER number, however, I DID NOT STUDY in the gym, but attended the group classes hall. I still didn't understand the situation. Why do people not speak to the face of those people who, in their opinion, commit unacceptable actions, but pass them through a third person, and as a result they slander a person who has nothing to do with anything at all. Plus, where is the coach at this time, who controls the situation in the hall and does not give comments to people when they see such a situation. In general, it is very unpleasant now to visit adrenaline on Nemanskaya. And by the way, you couldn't say a word to the administrator, she was talking about shoe spoons and a cold steam room. The shoe spoon was eventually found. I came and apologized for not seeing it right away. But then she sarcastically informed me: "You complained here, but they actually complain about you too." Which, in the end, it wasn't me who did it. In general, it was terribly unpleasant for me. There is no service.

I read reviews (negative, of course) about oak benches, I did not believe it, but in vain ... It's really inconvenient to do the bench press, it gets worse, I did the press for 80% of my program (and I've been doing it for more than a year) I finished, because I scratched my shins, the gym itself is what a walk-through, the lockers are small, but it will fit what you need if you leave the jacket in the wardrobe, anyway a star for new simulators and a star for the staff.
