The gym and the coaches are great. There are many simulators, especially for the back and chest, but you can work with the strength training area. The atmosphere is calm even very much, there is not enough shouting and extreme (atmosphere). I think for people who prefer a quiet and calm training room is perfect. There is also a sauna and minor amenities such as sweat wipes and a rich buffet if I may say so

A decent room near the house for a fair price. A large selection of exercise equipment, a wide range in the bar, and, most importantly, the competent work of the trainers. There were problems with ventilation, but everything was fixed before my eyes.
The only thing that is really starting to bother is the musical accompaniment in the hall with a selection from the early 2000s. Please change the record already to something abstract and more modern. There are many sport/gym/workout motivation playlists online.

Everything is fine, I liked everything, BUT!! The lockers in the women's locker room were probably made in China according to their size. It should be borne in mind that not all girls are 160cm tall, there are also higher ones. I almost broke my head, and more than once.

It's a good gym, I like everything! the only unpleasant thing is when you are constantly warned that you do not stay for a minute, otherwise you will be fined, from this you are in a constant slight tension, micro paranoia. Although I spend the same time there and money on their bar! A feeling creeps in that the 1fits are treated more contemptuously or something), I can be wrong of course! 4 out of 5

Exercise equipment separately, free weights separately. Of course, I would like more simulators for pumping individual muscle groups and exercise bikes with displays :)

The polite staff, the trainers do not get bored, the simulators are not the most modern, but they are suitable for maintaining tone and without the crazy price of an annual subscription, the showers require deep cleaning, the sauna is weak, but again - this is not a bathhouse, but a gym. There are fewer people in the morning, just like everywhere else.

However, I would like the administration to be more attentive to its customers, who ask to make a remark to those who have been going to this fitness club for a long time. Because it is the old girls who allow clients to smoke glo and icos in the locker room, they do not react to comments, they arrange a showdown. Girls limp across the continent, of course. There are no complaints about men.

The service is terrible. Balanez pasta stank horribly of chicken . And the fat was floating right at the bottom . The kitchen is terrible . The music is very loud, turn it down, ask them, they don't have an ear or a belly straight. I'm not coming back anymore.....
