I'm not writing about the cafe or the quality of the food. The question is deeper. My mom was treated disrespectfully yesterday. She came for a paid internship. But Asia is a shift worker, she didn't even hold on for 10 minutes and sent her mother home without saying anything. This is bullying. Disrespect. It was possible to ask the necessary questions by phone. A man has been driving in such a cold since 6 a.m. To be asked, do you know how to wash with a sponge? What? Seriously? The choice of dishes is not great. The cost of salads and hot dishes starts from 3500 tenge and above. The portions are small. You have to wait for 20-40 minutes.

There used to be a dining room on this place. And a so-so dining room.
When I saw a new cafe there, I was surprised and went in.
What can I say, it has become much better.
The furniture and design are quite complete, except for the second floor (a very strange decision, in my opinion).
The food is decent. The desserts are delicious. The coffee is average, but tolerable.
When I'm in that area, I often come in.

Good afternoon!
I want to share my impression of this place, which has developed over several visits.
It gets worse every time!
The first time we came here about 2 months ago, we liked the pleasant atmosphere, music, interior, friendly waiters, there was something interesting on the menu.
I liked Tom-Yam, although the portion was small and its cost was not entirely justified, and in general all the portions are smaller than usual.
Further, every time we ordered something from the food, I was really unlucky... almost every time!
- ravioli with salmon, which turned out to be too salty, as if they were made from salted fish (they were replaced for me);
- the trout smelled of mud (but this is rather a feature of this fish, I don't order it anywhere else)
- there are absolutely tasteless croissants here, they are super dry!
- tasteless pasta... it's not;
- and the last time I was very upset with Tom-Yam! Not only was it not enough, but it was cold (warmed up), it didn't help much! The taste is not the same as it was the first time ... and the rice and the broth itself.
It was also brought much later than the main course to my young man, for 15 minutes (I ate alone). And during the order, they did not specify when to bring drinks, coffee and cakes stood for 30 minutes and waited for them to be eaten after the main dishes.
- and small and large coffees are poured only into disposable cups, and they are not warned about this when ordering;
To be honest, given the price level and the occasional upset over food, I decided that I would not choose this place anymore... and I would not recommend it to others.

For the 3rd month now, I have been forced to become a regular visitor to Adriano's cafe, since I work in this office building.
Inside there is a pleasant interior, good fresh furniture! A pleasant, intelligent-looking manager often greets you at the entrance. And the menu is quite interesting!
But it negates all the charms of a newly opened cafe:
- long serving of dishes
- almost always 30% of the items from the menu are out of stock
- the quality of cooked dishes differs greatly from time to time. Then they will bring delicious, then completely tasteless tom-yam (and cold), then they will over-salt the pasta..
- homemade bread is not served at breakfast, but some kind of cheap baguette from the store (although, it would seem, such a trifle at this level of the cafe should be understood and taken into account). Well, I won't write about croissants crumbling into dust at all, they are like that here..(
- the waiters seem to be slightly zombified by something, they move slowly, and surprisingly thoughtfully silent for a couple of seconds to any request, as if comparing words with images..
So, the idea is good as always, but the local execution leaves much to be desired. I'm putting a "3 with a minus".

The coffee shop is beautiful, the Internet is stable, the drinks are delicious, but the dishes, it seems, the concept is so tasteless that it's even fun. We took rice porridge, croissant, dumplings with potatoes and cheese – the first two were dry and bland, the dumplings seemed sour. Well, I hope others are more lucky :)

The food is not bad, the service is so fast that they serve fresh carrot with crispy sand on their teeth, they did not redo it, but they poured it into another glass without sediment. In general, I would not put 3 stars, as the place is pleasant, but the sand from unwashed carrots - sorry, it can be dangerous.
