You should count on being here a minimum of 1 to 2 hours sometimes more, there are only a handful of service desks that handle a huge flow of cramped up Customers, also no washrooms in the whole building, when I asked about the existence of a washroom the lady looked at me with a look of are you kidding of course no, as if this was an unacceptable thing to inquire about and customers should be waiting hours with no way out otherwise loosing their turn, honestly I was expecting much more from an Airline supposedly flying a 100 years + and they only have very few offices on Moscow, very disappointing.

Не раз летал данной компанией по стране и за рубеж. Максимально персонал внимателен, но в зависимости от борта, персонала, но в основном именно так.. От коллектива зависит, кормят на высоте, отдыхают турецкие авиакомпании, жадный.. Даже на воду пол стаканы на 5 ч лета без еды, словно врагов везут, которые везут им деньги в страну, странно, багажа ждать не приходиться, все чётко в этом плане. рекомендую наших, заслуживают, аэрофлот!
