In response: sorry, we have a lot of people, we can't make an invoice for you. But I'll ask a colleague to do it faster. An hour, two - silence. Dial-up again. Beeps again and "call me later." No, well, guys. I understand that there are a lot of people in the office, but is there any way to arrange the invoice not in 9 hours or longer, but faster? I would like to write about my dissatisfaction with the work of the airline and its employees. In particular, parents were sent by the Minsk-Varadero (Cuba) route. Since the parents are elderly, they do not speak Russian and English + 1.5 hour transfer at a large airport (Sheremetyevo)and the absence of a Russian SIM card - we ordered the "escort" service
, which, by the way, was offered to us by the staff of the Minsk office. When checking in in Minsk, we repeatedly talked about the fact that our parents need it and may miss the flight.
As a result, no one met them. Fortunately, they managed to catch the flight, but they were very nervous, as they were counting on coordinated assistance.
When I called the hotline, they told me that they could not help in any way, and even if they missed their flight, they would only be helped if they applied themselves and insisted on a replacement. I asked you to leave my number and if you have any problems, call me if possible.
(Even this was refused to me).
I would like to note that the ticket price is not small, and despite our requests, no one helped us and did not provide the service that was owed. It is very sad that such an attitude towards passengers. If there is an alternative, I recommend that you think about choosing this airline.
