Cozy studio, excellent service (sterile instruments, comfortable chairs, delicious tea and coffee), warm atmosphere and good craftsmen! They always listen to the client's wishes and are ready to advise the best color or design option (suitable for people like me who don't know what they want :)) A great place to get a quality manicure/pedicure and relax. I express my special love to Ekaterina, my permanent master. She always creates a great design, no matter the complexity.

I was in the salon for the first time, since I live in Moscow. I did a manicure with master Alexandra. I am happy with her work. I did my manicure carefully and carefully. Calm, friendly, diligent. I give Alexandra 5 stars, and the salon 3.
Next to me, they did a manicure, apparently, to a regular customer who for some reason allowed herself to watch movies and short videos on her phone without using headphones. This is a complete disrespect to other visitors. She asked the master a question: does it bother you? Should I ask? Should I ask my master? The sound of the cinema did not bother her master, apparently, hearing problems. I have good hearing and her tactless behavior bothered me, but I did not make a scandal, since I was in the salon for the first and last time.
So the overall rating is 4 stars, but in a city where everyone knows each other's laws (((

I signed up for a belly button piercing at the salon. The master examined me for a long time, and warned me that it might take a long time to heal or not heal at all due to the fact that I don't have a suitable crease above my navel. Then she asked if I was ready, and if so, she would come through. I agreed.
The master pierced one part of the skin with a needle, then fidgeted inside for a long time (it was not super pleasant) and after a few seconds she just took out the needle and said she would not pierce it.
To say that I was shocked is an understatement. The master explained that it 's not because she can 't or doesn 't know how , she just doesn 't want to take responsibility .
At another salon in Minsk, after an inspection, they said that all this was bullshit and I had an ordinary navel suitable for piercing.
Tip: if you see that you can 't do it, DON 'T TAKE IT AND DON 'T PIERCE ANYTHING!
upd: 13.02 punctured in the passenger cabin in 3-4 seconds in total, using a clamp
so it wasn 't the navel ..
