worst customer service I have ever experienced. When I called them over the phone to get information, they were very unprofessional, they kept making jokes on me with their other coworkers, they talked with complete lack of energy as if I should make all the effort to get the information that I need from them.
Afterward, they agreed on a specific appointment time with me, I got there on time, but it turns out they forgot to print my item, and they needed half an hour to prepare it.
Their print quality is good, at least.

If there is a queue, then you can wait a very long time, more than an hour.
If you're lucky, it's fast.
A photo for a visa is inexpensive and takes 15 minutes.
Photobooks are very high-quality printing (although it was hard and long to clarify all the details and generally get an understanding of what format they should bring their own, where how many indents, etc.).
The order can be discussed by mail, in order not to go once again, send an advance payment to the card number for expensive projects. For small things like several photos, they do not ask for an advance payment.
They print individual tear-off stickers!
The print quality is good.
If they still printed on T-shirts, it would be perfect in general

After that, feel free to return to this salon for your photos to find out that they were printed incorrectly for you.
But that's not a problem, they'll fix everything for you tomorrow. But this is not accurate.

Excellent copy center. Whenever I need to collect a lot of different documents, for example, for a visa or a passport office, I go here. Here you can copy and print files in color and in black, from both sides of the sheet, employees always do it very carefully and smoothly.

I asked to make a scan of one sheet at 5 pm. Their "scan supervisor" said they wouldn't make it today! Such a big job, probably. But at the same time, it was time to go out for a smoke break.... Another employee told me what could be done on an iPhone. No one would have done a scan of the document for me. But in the next building they did it for free in 1.5 minutes. Service - 1

The print quality is good, the prices are acceptable, the location is right in the center, BUT it's not worth it at all. The service is disgusting, the workers don't seem to hear you, you have to repeat it several times. DURING the discussion of the order, the guy was distracted by third-party tasks.
They gave my project (stickers) on a wet sheet, it was swollen with moisture, while they tried to sniff the one that was swollen less, when I looked at the stickers, it turned out that their border was shifted to the left so that not only the edges, but also the stickers themselves were cut off. The plotter of these geniuses was configured incorrectly. At the same time, I made the sticker cutting file for them myself, they just had to print it out. To my indignation that this was frankly a hack job, I was told "if you don't want it, don't take it away." As a result, time was wasted and the mood was spoiled by their rotten attitude. I do not recommend it.
