I asked for a refund of at least 50%, because the service was provided poorly, which I was fooled about all day, and then they offered me a discount next time when ordering - I refused, because I no longer plan to order + trust in this organization was completely gone. After that, I contacted Roman, the head, to whom I strongly recommend learning how to talk to people. Next, I will give excerpts from the dialogue with the aforementioned "supervisor": it turns out that the teachers evaluated everything unbiased, they are not responsible for the grades - the main thing is that the work is done (apparently, it does not matter how), the client is not always right, and that the author cannot do high-quality work the first time (because in my case in this case, it was impossible to finalize it) and in the end he said that he did not want to talk to me anymore and hung up on me. So, if you don't want to waste money and nerves in vain, GO AROUND THIS OFFICE A MILE AWAY!!!
