This is just a must-visit place. A must for those who are interested in the history of Soviet Armenia and architecture.
Infocards on tree branches are useful, beautiful, unusual.
A little further there is an abandoned pioneer camp. I recommend it to lovers of abandoned houses.

I did not see the villa in my eyes, I came by taxi to the wine festival, and the beginning is at 15.00, what to do for six hours is unclear, some kind of clearing where the famous festival is going to be held???

The villa is beautiful, but there is a guard at the entrance who asks not to go. The villa itself is fenced with cameras, the entrance to the territory is also with a gate
